Alex is the best, and there is none better. We had a gas worry and situation with major concerns lingering over from a previous appointment from a day ago. Alex showed up within an hour and carefully reviewed, inspected and resolved everything within a great time frame while explaining everything technical in a resolving manner, putting us at ease that we weren't in danger. He carefully inspected everything with our water heater with highly professional and expert technical methods to ensure there were no lingering gas concerns. Thank you Alex and ARS Rescue Rooter, you all are the BEST and there is none better. Highly recommend ARS RR and Alex over all competitors in region.
