Oh. My. God!!!!!! First thing he did was identify the problem. And did EVERYTHING to NOT charge me more than what the service call cost. By identifying the problem, I now know how to navigate around preventing it and prevent future service calls. I didn’t get his name but he also came over a yr ago. Very good service and he never tries to rack up the bill on people. Which is good since I’ll be leaving and my wife will probably call for ANYTHING lol UPDATE: His name is James Bonser.
