The staff for this company have always been extremely helpful and insightful. If there is a way for me to fix a simple problem they have given insight on to do so, as well as conducting regular maintenance. I will continue to use this company on a regular basis.

Part needs to be ordered and replaced. First technician was very knowledgeable and meticulous and the senior technician was also very knowledgeable and confirmed what the first one determined was wrong. Not sure why there had to be a second technician though...

I have had a reoccurring cough, where the doctors were not clear on the cause. One Doctor did suggest to check my environment. I called ARS to check our HVAC system. Keith arrived the same day and clearly explained and showed us that the compressor on our 9 year HVAC system was no longer running at full efficiency.. The result was moisture build up inside the unit which led to "Organic growth" - Mold inside the system - not visible from the outside.
Keith said he would provide a quote to clean the system and replace the Compressor. He also recommended that we have their HVAC Comfort Advisor provide a quote options for a new HVAC system. Jay arrived shortly and reviewed the issue with Keith .
Jay set about sizing the space the HVAC would need to cover,
He measured the air flows from the vents against industry standard. He explained in terms I could understand that the compressor was no longer operating efficiently, resulting in moisture build up in the unit leading to the mold.
The difficulty and expense to clean the HVAC unit and the need to replace the compressor compared to the new HVAC unit that Jay recommended, led to an easy decision to replace the HVAC system.
The installers led by David, arrived promptly the next day. First step was to cover the stairs and floor with drop cloths to protect our carpet . They worked non-stop for several hours and the unit was operational by mid afternoon. No trace of any old equipment, debris or packaging was evident! A job well done with no disruption to our day.
Keith, the ARS Technician, Jay the equipment advisor and David all worked in a courteous and professional manner. Each have an expertise that together forms a great team.
Thank you ARS for our new HVAC system. I am really looking forward to our clean and healthy environment !

ARS is great. My new HVAC system is up and running. Our old one was actually too small for the house and that's why it struggled so much. Calls are always answered the same day, and I know it's not always possible, but so far they've been able to do that for me. I actually signed up for their service plan; being on that saves on service calls and it's not expensive. Still 10/10 so far, no regrets.

The technician who showed up was polite and kind. The people I talked to on the phone were helpful, BUT
your appointment process is BROKEN. My first appointment was from 8 to 12 - NO ONE showed up. The next time frame was from 10 to 2 - NO ONE showed up. The technician (who lives only 10 minutes from me in the same town) finally showed up after 4 PM. I received 0 calls or explanations.
I'm not to happy about your customer service right now.

Alex went overboard checking everything out and explaining what needed to be done. He was also on time, cleaned everything up before he left, and was a pleasure to work with. I hope ARS understands the asset they have in this young man.
