At first, I was a little nervous, calling out to ARS because of some poor reviews, and the customer service representative filed my air conditioning problem under Plumbing. Then Peter Wabbel our AC tech came and redeemed the their first impression. He was thorough and experienced and didn’t overcharge us. He was also kind, and considerate. Even though he came out there, we had mostly fixed the problem and just needed one tweak which he managed to do.

ARS Rescue Rooter did an excellent job from beginning to end replacing our HVAC system. Zack Criss the comfort advisor to the crew that installed our new system they all were outstanding and provided A1 service. We are happy and look forward to enjoying the comfort of cool air and

David was an amazing tech, fast friendly and knowledgeable. Explained a cool way to prevent Freon leakage from frequent service calls (every time you put a gauge on/off, you lose a small amount). 410 is now discontinued…so adding Freon in the future might be impossible…and would require a new ac that uses 454 instead.
This tip might one day save me or a future home owner thousands of AC replacement costs. Thanks David.

Came with 5 crew members. They tried to move my register as I requested but the design of house made it not possible but they tried! Rebuilt the floor the unit stands on and installed all in one day! The sales representative spent time and answering questions even when I asked twice. He followed up with messages even when I had issues. Even Responded when I had issues at night with my own electrical system. Even though their support staff does not work at night, they had representative answering the phone at 11pm was kind. Most importantly you can tell by the accent of the schedulers they were local not overseas. I had trouble with my breaker and then they replaced it labor free. Oh they were sweet to my dogs and my dogs approved the whole team! Also installed a purge protector because of our lovely electrical grid having a history of surges! And when I remembered at last minute to direct the condensation away from my foundation (mine was going on a up grade) they had no problems with that! Now my unit is up to code! And my slab with the house was not far enough away from house so they used the existing slab and new base to move it away from house. Also like the 10 yr warranty!

Roy Roberts was excellent once again. He troubleshot a pretty difficult AC problem and got things back working well, so once again we plan to use ARS and Roy whenever we have any HVAC needs.

James Maldonado is professional, honest, quick and reliable. I appreciate him not trying to pressure up-sale me which some with ARS technicians do. He is focused on completing the task, which he does in an exceptional manner. I will only use James for my plumbing issues.

John Copeland here to fix small plumbing issues with 2 toilets. Professional honest quick and appreciate his work. Please acknowledge both of these plumbers.

I recently had my AC unit repaired by Roy Roberts and he did an excellent job! He was very professional, explained the repair process clearly, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Roy also took the time to go over preventative steps I can take to keep my unit running smoothly in the future. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and friendly service. Highly recommend him!

Peter (technician), Freddie (sales consultant) and Long (installer ) each arrived on time, quickly troubleshot the issue, serviced it. They were very thorough, competent and professional. With the exception of one negative incident during Covid (short staffing?) have been very happy with the service ARS has provided for us over the past 35 years.
