My technician Cristian was great! He was polite, respectful, and professional throughout the visit. I appreciated that he put protective covers over his shoes before entering my home — that level of consideration really stood out to me. He communicated clearly, kept me informed about everything that was needed, and made sure I understood the process before proceeding the work. I’m grateful for his professionalism and how efficiently he completed the job. I would definitely recommend him!

José I. did a great job for us replacing our water heater. He handled all the details with Rheem and Home Depot, ( unit was still under warranty), and brought us the replacement. He left the area tidy, and discussed maintenance. Also provided information on some other projects we were considering, and how ARS could help. Very personable, prompt and courteous. Thanks!

My technician, Robert, was phenomenal and professional. He was thorough and explained his recommended repairs, what the outcomes were if not repaired, and what should be priority. He worked quickly and efficiently.
The main company was not easy to schedule with and did not honor the first appointment, notifying me 1.5 hours after the scheduled 4-hour block that the assessment/repair could not be done because the temperatures were too high. Proactive communication would have prevented unnecessary impacts on both sides. The customer service agent was professional even as I was upset and rescheduled me at a convenient time but it could have been rescheduled earlier knowing the thresholds and inability to complete the desired service.
Thank you to the team and I would recommend ARS for your AC repair needs (especially Robert, appreciate you, brother).

My mom had Mark out in 2025 2x and loved him. She loved his service so much that I called ARS when we needed a plumber. Cristian J came out and his service quality surpassed my expectations and I have high standards. We look forward to their assistance and will use them exclusively going forward.

I would like to acknowledge Technician Emmanuel Brown.
He came out to our business to investigate an HVAC issue and was a complete professional.
He explained what he was going to do to identify the problem and periodically gave us updates as to what progress was being made to address the problem.
He is a consummate professional, and I really appreciate his approach and the way he treated us as a customer.
If you need commercial HVAC service I can heartily recommend Emmanuel, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you Jemarius for the advice during our seasonal checkup today! Great service. We've used ARS since 2009 for our HVAC installation and hot water/plumbing issues. They are knowledgeable and have a great staff.
