Technician Kevin was very professional and polite and thorough. I felt bad him go into the attic because my house was built in 1952 & it must’ve been filthy and hot. Regardless, he took pictures and gave a very thorough overview of the entire system.

Joey, Eddie and the crewmen that came to install my new AC unit were great and easy to work with. Also, they move very quickly I had an estimate done Tuesday by Saturday my unit was installed.

The first man came out to clear my kitchen drain and it worked for about weeks, then last week it stopped up again, and I called Beutler and mentioned that the drain was stopped and because it was within 30 days of the last service, they came out free of charge to clear it again. Thank you very much! My call was very timely, thank you Jesus!

The technician was very polite and professional. The schedule window was 2p-6p and he got here at 2:20, which is great because now I can have the rest of the afternoon to get other things done. He took the time to show me minor issues I can address now to prevent issues later which other technicians my landlord has hired never did.

5 ⭐️’s ~ 3/2026 Jose Z did our annual maintenance today. He was very polite, professional and detailed as he answered all our questions. He gave us a lot of information beyond what we had heard prior now that our system was a little older. The system has been great so far and people like Jose are another reason we will continue to stay with Beutler.
2025 - Thank you to the 2 techs that came to our house today! Mujibrahman did a wonderful job fixing the framing around our attic from our system install in 2023 and Chase did our annual AC inspection.
They were both respectful, professional and Chase’s explanation of the details about our unit was much appreciated! We feel like we know how to navigate the system better now.
We’ve been a customer since 2007 and all the techs over the years have been great! Thank you Beutler, we appreciate you!

This was supposed to be just a tune up but Jose was so thorough. He took pictures of problems I had and explained the solutions. He was patient; he drew pictures to be sure I understood. This guy deserves a raise!
