Our Technician, Bryan, was courteous, kind and professional. He spent a good amount of time with the heating unit and picked up a detail that he alerted me about. He was knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy about added services just communicating the potential future concerns. I appreciated the excellent service Bryan provided. Thank you, Beutler!

Just had Armando from Beutler come to do a furnace maintenance. He was very friendly, professional, and best of all, he explained and showed (via pictures) all of the problems I had with my system thoroughly. I will definitely be asking for him the next time I schedule service!

Clint with Sales and Brandon and Jason with installation. Hi praise awesome job really appreciated the hard work that went in to replacing my system. Took 2 days and many many hours to get the job done and Jason and Brandon did awesome. Very happy thank you so much.

Scott came out and checked out my system and did an excellent job! He explained everything so that I understood what had been done and what I should do if I chose to. Very nice man and has a lot of knowledge. I would recommend this company!!

Tmarion Newsom was awesome! He was professional, focused, and thorough. I couldn't have been happier with his work. Tmarion did preventive maintenance on both my heating and A/C unit. I would request his expertise again in the future.

My technician Tmarion Newsom was polite, respectful, kind and professional. I had my yearly maintenance check on my heating and air conditioning. Tmarion checked it in a timely manner. Now I’m talking about this one particular technician. I don’t know anything about the rest of the business nor the other technicians, but I had no qualms with this person nor his service at this time.

My technician Tmarion ****** was polite, respectful and professional. He explained to me what was going on with my heating and air, which turns out to be, OK, nothing major.I was satisfied and I am content so far. I feel I must tell you I did have my reservations with the company because of all the negative reviews, but my technician was great.

Shout out to Doug, Milo and Abel. They did a great job with the repipe and it passed inspection today. Although, it’s been difficult to get ahold of billing for an invoice and scheduling. Still need to back fill the trench and complete drywall. Hopefully I will hear back from them on by Monday.

The service tech that was checking on our plumbing was incredible. He listened and corrected any problems that could have come up in the future. Gave us an estimate on possible replacements that could be necessary. Can you inform me of any sales you have in the future to replace our water heater. Ours is 24 years old. Money is tight right now but let me know about any sales on water heaters.

Nathaniel was very pleasant and explained all possible problem areas with photos he had taken of the furnace. He did not try to sell us any products but made us aware of any possibilities. He made recommendations on certain parts if there should be a problem.
