Sammy showed up on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC capacitor. He explained everything in terms we could easily understand and had the repair completed same visit for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend using Beutler and will call them for any future needs.

Scott was our service tech and he was awesome! He was patient and kind… took ample time to explain how the system worked, how to reset it, turned off the SmartVent (yay!!) and answered all of our questions. Can’t say enough good things about this helpful guy! Thank you so much!

SHAHAB.Tech. was very knowledgeable. Checked everything and found the thermostat downstairs to be faulty. That was changed. He Checked everything thing and now everything is working well. He showed me how to work the new thermostat. Service was excellent.

Service was great! had a bad water leak and needed a plumber desperately. Beutler got back to me very soon and sent out Randy. He really knew his stuff and fixed the problem very quickly. He was very friendly and was able to explain well what the problem was and how to fix it.

Had my split unit serviced today. The technician very polite and went through the 2 heads and main unit. Cleaned spider webs. I spray all the time around my unit. I was shocked. Spiders are not your friend when it comes to circuit boards. He cleaned the webs checked the two heads. I got a good review. Very pleased with my service

I called Beutler Customer Service this morning, as my hot water heater was making noises. Jeshua was on the way by 9:30. He is very knowledgeable and so thorough. He checked all the water supply lines/valves and flushed the water heater. Jeshua explained what he was looking for and why. He listened to my concerns. As a plus, he determined a new fill valve was needed in one toilet tank and installed it.
In the end, I needed a new water heater. Jeshua arranged for David, the Installer, to bring the new water heater by early afternoon. David also provided excellent service. He had the new water heater installed and up and running very quickly. He too is knowledgeable and answered my questions. Both professionals worked to provide me with the best possible service. Thank you!!
