He explained the Systems performance issues very well and provided recommendations. He did a thorough job and showed pictures to back up the work performed.

They showed up right away as promised and put in my hot water heater the exact same day. That was really remarkable considering I live out of town and on a Friday. Everyone was helpful, polite and went above and beyond to help us out.

Nathanial called to let me know to the minute when he was going to show up. He was so clean and polite when he got there, I explained what was going on, and he read my mind he knew exactly what I was talking about made me feel at ease with the solutions. I don’t know why anyone calls anyone other than Beutler to handle anything!!!!!!

From the initial visit for a quote until the last installer left after completion of the job, I was treated with respect. All my questions and concerns were addressed with respect and consideration of my lack of knowledge. The team made sure I was getting what was most important to me while staying within my budget. The whole crew was great (Doug - the lead, Bill, Josh, Abel, Milo and Del). The were prompt, courteous and knowledgable. They did a whole house repipe. They didn't know what they were up against with our old house but they did a great job without complaining. Doug kept us informed on everything they did and answered all of our questions. Would definitely hire them again!

I’am so impressed with the entire Beutler crew I am now the new owner of a brand new Heating and Air system. I highly recommend contacting Beutler for a Heating and Air systems. They were on top of every step of this process. No regrets so happy. My house is so cool. In fact I get cold in the middle of the afternoon now because this new AC system chills the entire house. Beutler needs to give Alante a raise! He has the best customer services I have ever received from this company! Alante was super informative at his initial evaluation. I took his information down on my phone. Sadly, I had to restart my phone and lost his contact. I was concerned I would get a different tech but when install day came, it was Alante again! Yes! Foremost, the technician team that installed my unit is great. The lead took time to walk me through the process and double check that I was okay with their approach. I also greatly appreciated their patience and recommendations, couple with options and considerations. I am very happy with their service. The customer care team, however, needs improvement. After repeated calls and unanswered questions, ignored emails and incorrect contracting documents, I eventually started over with a new customer care rep (who was great).I stress further, the second customer care rep and his manager are great. They listened, were understanding, and reasonable after needing some background and the details. All in all, I’m satisfied with their services.

Just could not get used to new electric HVAC system (installed March 2025). Worked w Patrick Noone, Operations Mgr and we came to agreement to switch out HVAC system. I had contacted Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbling previously for a water heater replacement on a hydronic system. I was very pleased and happy with their repair services and customer service. So, for this time I had called them for a replacement on a flapper for the toilet tank. They sent a technician, Jeshua Walcott, out on the same day when I called. The technician was on time as estimated, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courtesy, polite, and respected my home with care. He wore shoe covers.
This leaves me with a peace of mind that I am in good hands with a reliable, efficient Air Conditioning Company. They take good care of their customers.

Great customer service! We are having their "Comfort Advisor" come out on Monday to explain everything. They waved their initial fee after hearing what Maverick charged me just to let me know they can't fix it. This is a good and reputable place and we will be using them for whatever our HVAC services are required!

Isn’t AI wonderful, preparing comments for me. I like my own voice. Your assessment was fairly accurate. The technician, Nic, was great in every way. My gripe is quality of components. In 1975, with the help of a talented neighbor, I installed a Sears AC system. I lasted 20 years. Beutler has installed several systems for me, the most recent system on 08/05/2023. Already several components are needing repair/replacement at a cost of $1100. Beutler is an installer not the mfg. of these components. This still doesn’t make me happy.
