Throughly enjoyed my experience. The service representative allowed me to tag along as he reviewed the non-operating system. We started with the thermostat and ended with hvac unit. He pointed out the damaged components and explained the reasons that I might consider a system upgrade.

The Plumbing Technician, Donte Coleman, did an excellent job in fixing my toilet & shower clog. Even though he couldn't locate a toilet Clean Out, he told me what the cost would be to lift the toilet, to clear the Line. I told him to go ahead & do what he needs to clear the clog.
Donte, the Technician was very Professional & Courteous, knew what he was doing, explained the Pros & Cons of the job, & suggested to install a Clean Out Line so this problem won't happen again.
