ARS Corporate Headquarters held the Great Garment Giveaway at Hope Church on January 21 for approximately 30 girls with special needs. The giveaway was to support local girls with special needs in finding dresses for Night to Shine and similar prom events.

CONTINUE READINGAt the corporate offices in Memphis, TN, ARS employees got involved by hosting a food drive for the Mid-South Food Bank and volunteering at the National Civil Rights Museum on MLK Day. 15 ARS volunteers gave time out of their day to collect cans at the celebration as the visitors arrived. Each volunteer hour equals 66 meals for the Mid-South Food Bank. So, in total, ARS employees contributed about 990 meals to the hungry.
CONTINUE READINGAmerican Residential Services (ARS), a Memphis, Tenn. based, privately-held national provider of air conditioning, heating and plumbing services, collected approximately 15,000 pairs of shoes from November 2016 to December 31, 2016. The collection was for Soles4Souls, a not-for-profit global social enterprise committed to fighting poverty through the collection and distribution of shoes and clothing.
