American Residential Services (ARS), a Memphis, TN based privately held national provider of heating, air conditioning and plumbing services, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Atlas TrilloSM in San Jose, CA. ARS has an extensive plumbing presence in the Bay Area, and with the acquisition of Atlas Trillo, ARS will be adding residential and commercial HVAC services to its service offerings in the region.
