We've used them a few times in the past year and the techs they send are good at what they do, courteous, friendly, and punctual. We've even had them point out less expensive ways for us to accomplish what needs done. Their rates have gone uo since ARS bought them, but I think they're still competitive.

There was an issue with an inspection and they came out immediately to fix it. The gentleman doing to work, Herman, was pleasant and very respectful. He did a great job.

Dave came out today to fix the stuff that did not pass inspection. He also fixed the stuff that the first crew did when they installed the unit. I was very unhappy with the first crew that came out here that did the insulation. They did not complete the job like it was supposed to be done. I am very happy with what Dave did. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing.

Always very professional and timely! Have had my systems since 2014 and have used Blue Dot with annual contracts Today's service technician provided excellent service as has aways been the case. Fall checkup today was same excellent and professional service always provided.

Reginald Sotero is the best! He was on time and worked very neat. I was so appreciative that he explained the benefits and importance of the services he recommended.
He patiently responded when I asked questions about different actions he was performing.

My tech today was ontime, courteous and very knowledgeable about my system. I appreciated the way he explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. He also gave recommendations not suggested by anyone else.
I am OCD when it comes to customer service.
Hvac maintenance tech was on time very professional and thorough.
2020 Installation
Devonte and his team communicated their arrival and was on time and neatly dressed. They introduced themselves then immediately explained the process in stages. The team worked very smart.
I appreciated how they explained the installation and system to me. They cleaned up very good. This was an all day job and from start to finish it was a great experience. I loved the team's communication to each other.
I was happy when they left. I love the system 3 months in.

Repair done professionally. Technician was excellent. He is a credit to Blue Dot. Rode was super. He was knowledgeable, courteous and went the "extra mile" to make the job right
I would not hesitate to use him again. I feel fortunate to have had him as my service technician. Blue Dot is in good hands with techs like him.

Blue Dot installed my furnace and AC systems. I recently had Alex, their technician, perform a seasonal check of my unit. He did a great job checking everything and corrected an issue that could have become a big problem in the future. He answered all my questions and provided tips on how to keep my unit working properly. Great service!

Randy Sleveay was the technician who perform the AC maintenance check. He called 45 minutes prior to the service appointment to let me know he was enroute. When he arrived, he was very courteous of me and my home. Once he finished the maintenance check, he thoroughly explained information about my thermostat to ensure the comfort of my home. I will definitely request Randy again.
I am still giving Blue Dot a five; however, the service is hit or miss depending on the technician. On my last visit Tiyese Pope was my service person. It was very thorough and caught things that other service people missed. I would definitely recommend Tiyese again. Another thing, Blue Dot prices seem to be higher than other companies.

was very thorough and meticulous servicing our furnace. Peter not only checked system but went over the furnace parameters and offered helpful hints to look for to avoid future problems.
