My furnace was on the brink of failing. I found this out as part of your maintenance plan. Which I highly recommend to all of your customers. The plan saved me a lot of money on the new furnace. Excellent Service The technician was very professional and example everything so I could understand what went wrong.
The 1st guy that should have shown and didn't cause over a 3hr delay due my orginal service. This technician did the best job I have gotten since the installation of my Rheem 2 yesterday ago. I hope Blue Dot acknowledges this technician because he is outstanding. Antonio Johnson
