I was a long time customer of Constellation and grew weary of their poor response time. Blue Dot filled the huge gap created by Constellation and serviced my furnace immediately. I have canceled the service plan with Constellation and am now a satisfied customer of Blue Dot service plan at a much lower price as well as additional service.

Michael was very polite and performed the services professionally. However, he recommended services that we feel were based on observation of our basements condition, not really needed. To the tune of approximately $1,000. Our unit is only 3 years old. Not sure why it would need such expensive services, which of course are not covered under the warranty.

Marco T just completed the Fall/Winter maintenance service. He arrived on time. He was ready to complete the job. He worked efficiently and professionally throughout the time he was here. He took his time to examine all parts of the HVAC system. He was happy to explain or answer any questions. He is ALWAYS courteous, pleasant and professional. I always look forward to him coming as I know the evaluation and job will be done completely. I always request Marco T. He is an outstanding representative of your company. Please share this with all who need my review of my experience today.

Marco came today to complete the winter maintenance. He had been here in July to do a major repair on the HVAC. He arrived today within our time frame, made sure he wore protective covers on his shoes and did a thorough job of making certain my system was ready for the Winter. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable technician. He is courteous and a fabulous representative of Blue Dot. Please commend him for the job he performs for your customers
Adam B. came promptly after his phone call. He made certain his shoes were covered. He checked the heating systems inside and outside. He also answered several questions I had about the heating and cooling and confirmed an issue that I was having that may/or may not be related to the hot water heater. He demonstrated two procedures that would be helpful to me in the heating and air-conditioning season. We discussed the humidifier and ways to help with allergies using the on section of the fan. This is the second time he has worked in my home and I will request him again.
(for your company: Adam was scheduled for the 8:00-8:30 time slot. He was rerouted by your company, but your company did not call to say there was a change. It might be helpful to your clients, if you have given a specific time to just call and say there is a delay of about^^^^^ time. THIS WAS NOT ANYTHING THAT ADAM DID OR DID'T DO. He goes where he is assigned. Just a thought for the future
