DO NOT USE BLUE DOT if you have oil heat and a boiler!! They sold us a $38000 HVAC systems for two systems upstairs and downstairs and have NO CLUE how to service it!!! Very frustrating!!

I would give 100 stars if I could for Mr.Tyree Pope of Blue Dot!!! He is helping me to get my 3 AC/heating units cleaned properly for the first time in 8 years. He is also making it so that they will work more proficiently and safely making it better in our home for me and my family!! I could not be more thankful. And, in addition to that, Mr. Pope was kind and courteous to me as well. I just can’t say enough good things about Mr. Tyree Pope for recognizing this and taking care of it for me. Thanks so much!!!

They were prompt in reaching out to me about replacing my water heater. Someone came to my house and explained the process and the next day the job was completed.

So far BlueDot has been the only company that has consistently gave us good service. I’ve had my HVAC system replaced ,and today I had plumbing service. Knowledgeable and professional technicians each time. I hope this never changes.

The technician (Colin) was super polite and professional. He took the time to explain things about our heating unit and made suggestions for improvement. This was our first experience with Blue Dot and due to the great service we received we made a commitment to become a Member for future service needs.

I am a long time Blue Dot customer. My winter maintenance for which I have a maintenance contract was performed today by Tiyese Pope. Tiyese has provided service to me in the past and is professional and knowledgeable. He is always thorough and makes recommendations to keep my system functioning well. I have trust in Tiyese and Blue Dot and appreciate the commitment to quality service.

Hello my service Man today for the maintenance of my furnace was Mr. Pope. He is a wonderful. Person. He answered all questions. He explained everything about our furnace and more . Things that needed to be done he explained why. Went through the ductwork process. Let us know what we need. that’s why I we bought the Duck work cleaning package. We’re been in this home a long time 39 years. I’ve never had a service maintenance person to be as professional helpful. and understanding to our needs. You should have more like Mr. Pope. I am so thankful and grateful he is the one who answered my maintenance call today. Thank you.

Was late, but I was happy to get someone who seemed to be very knowledgable and experienced. He answered all my questions, and helped me understand what I needed to know and do to have a comfortable experience with my heating and air system. I hope I will be able to get him, when I need help.

My technician Marco was absolutely outstanding!! He was on time and very knowledgeable and professional!!! He diagnosed and resolved my issue promptly!!! I would definitely recommend Marco as well as Blue Dot for their outstanding customer service!!
