I am a long time Blue Dot customer. My winter maintenance for which I have a maintenance contract was performed today by Tiyese Pope. Tiyese has provided service to me in the past and is professional and knowledgeable. He is always thorough and makes recommendations to keep my system functioning well. I have trust in Tiyese and Blue Dot and appreciate the commitment to quality service.

The technician that was sent out, Pete, was excellent. Not only was he knowledgeable and shared information, he was also very pleasant. Blue dot is fortunate to have him as an employee.

Hello my service Man today for the maintenance of my furnace was Mr. Pope. He is a wonderful. Person. He answered all questions. He explained everything about our furnace and more . Things that needed to be done he explained why. Went through the ductwork process. Let us know what we need. that’s why I we bought the Duck work cleaning package. We’re been in this home a long time 39 years. I’ve never had a service maintenance person to be as professional helpful. and understanding to our needs. You should have more like Mr. Pope. I am so thankful and grateful he is the one who answered my maintenance call today. Thank you.

Was late, but I was happy to get someone who seemed to be very knowledgable and experienced. He answered all my questions, and helped me understand what I needed to know and do to have a comfortable experience with my heating and air system. I hope I will be able to get him, when I need help.

The service technician was friendly, polite and I felt he was extremely knowledgeable about conducting a system tune-up. He explained how my HVAC system worked so I could understand how it runs. And he also recommended various options I could purchase to help maintain an efficient running unit. I was extremely satisfied with his visit today. (I also purchased a maintenance package.)

Alex was super helpful and made sure that everything was fixed and working at the highest capacity. No cutting corners. It was an unusually busy day when we needed service, but Bluedot was great with communication getting the tech to us as soon as possible on the same day we needed it. Much appreciated!

Excellent service. Hayden was awesome. He really helped me get to the root of the problem. He did what 3 other plumbers were supposed to do but didn't because they wanted to charge ridiculous prices which Blue Dot did for only $93. Now I can address the main issue and get it fixed.

Very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've had Blue Dot for many years. I've never had any problems, they are always checking to see if everything is going well. I highly recommend Blue Dot.

Had a furnace installed
Chuck and Jake were great and very efficient they knew exactly what they were doing and very knowledgeable. The experience was great with Blue Dot , The contractor Maria she was awesome, she was there from the beginning to the end to make sure everything was finished, if I had any questions at any time of the day she would respond promptly, she made sure everyone who was involved did their part..I would definitely recommend blue dot to anyone, hoping that they had the same experience I had! Maria was my Angel throughout this process!!

My technician Marco was absolutely outstanding!! He was on time and very knowledgeable and professional!!! He diagnosed and resolved my issue promptly!!! I would definitely recommend Marco as well as Blue Dot for their outstanding customer service!!

An employee from Blue Dot, (his name was Andrew) came out to perform routine maintenance on both my furnaces. He was on time and very professional. He explained to me what he was checking on and how routine maintenance keeps the unit running more efficient, longer lifespan. Overall great experience.
