We were extremely pleased with the turn around form us calling for our split AC units to be tended to, to Reginald’s arrival to our house. He was helpful, informative, and professional. We spent $129 for him to come out and fix our AC unit leak, and showed us how to clean the filters on our splits.

Anthony was great! A professional, with knowledge. He took the time to discuss things and answered my questions.
He told me about the air scrubber which I may consider. He was not a salesman in the sense being pushy. He just explained how the technology works and its benefits.
I would definitely recommend him to future customers. Also, very courteous young man!

The technician, Peter, was on time and efficiently completed the tune up on my hvac system. It's an older system that will need replacement soon. Peter was able to get the estimate for replacement scheduled same day which is extremely convenient. Very professional service.

Michael Smith is very good at his job hes a good comunicator and great at costumer service. I was inconvinience because tech show up
at 4pm when we had a 8am to noon appointment but it doesnt reflect on Michael Smith at all. In put that on management / Dispatching.

Installed a full ac/ heating system. Tom, the lead technician, Jake and JR were knowledgeable about what needed to be done so everything would work properly. I was educated on how to setup and use the Nest smart thermostat. The team was professional, friendly, and helpful. The installation was thorough and efficient. I recommend Blue Dot Services for all your heating and cooling needs

Tech was late. After reading paperwork he left..it was not explained at all in some sections..i tried contacting the company to see exactly what I signed up for and it took 3 days to get an answer. I canceled the maintenance plan. And will not use them again.

Awful. The property in the condo was damaged because no one put down a covering. The HOA management is holding me responsible.
I was freezing last night. My new $10, 800 unit was not generating heat. Only 2 nights.
No one is returning my calls.

My service technician Reginald Sotero was excellent and performed his job great. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He did full maintenance on my HVAC system an explained everything clearly. Reginald provided his honest professional opinion on my situation. Blue Dot has an excellent knowledgeable employee, honest working technician with Reginald I will request him for all my future service needs!!! I am very satisfied with his service and his friendly personality!! Reginald is an excellent service technician! Thank you.

Marco was professional and friendly. Did a quality job for my semi-annual maintenance plan. He took the time to help me setup the auto feature on my thermostat. Highly recommended.

Edgar was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He performed the system maintenance to ensure it was in good working condition. He recommended options that would increase secondary performance, along with preventative maintenance that should be completed. My system was installed by BlueDot and the service is always outstanding.
