Technician arrived 10 minutes early and did well for what he could do. Unfortunately for me, in addition to the heat pump, I have oil auxillary and Blue Dot does not service that.

From sale to installation everyone was knowledgeable, informative and friendly during our purchase of a new furnace. We were able to get financing and great monthly payment plan. The installation was done in a few hours and a new digital thermostat was installed as well. We are happy and grateful we had no problems from start to finish.

Appreciated Justin, technician who came out and assessed HVAC system with thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done . Alex for thorough explanation of process of replacing the HVAC system with a detailed outline of the estimated costs. Grateful for their timely and efficient response. Carlos was wonderful!!! If I need service in the future will definitely call on you and ask for Carlos . FYI... we have dealt with Perry Hall in the past but you will be our go to in the future. Perry Hall couldn't even send someone until 3 days later . Fortunately it was an easy fix and certainly could've been worse weather . Thank you !!!!
