I called ARS Rescue Rooter with an emergency Hot Water Heater issue. After speaking with one of their Plumbing Coordinators, within in an hour, I had a quote and a scheduled date for my Hot Water Heater Replacement. During the installation, the two service guys gave outstanding customer service. I am extremely satisfied with this company and I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Evan, who is a caring technician. He was very thorough at explaining the problems of my Condenser, Evaporator Coil (shown me photos he took) and Furnace, …& choices I could make….. I would like to have him over to do works in the future.

It is unfortunate that the Technician couldn’t fix my boiler. However, he was very courteous and polite. The boiler and water heater was on it’s last leg.

I’m very pleased with the service that I received today. The technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were working on. They replaced the ancient system that I had and they put a new one. Everything is working perfectly. They were very courteous. They assisted me in setting up the device on my phone. They answered all my questions with great satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

ARS installed my Mitsubishi minisplit and services our larger unit. They are reliable and competent. I like the reminders I get from them and have a service contract. My large, older unit developed a leak and ARS was able to repair it for much less than the cost of a new unit.

Jesse was excellent and explained the problems with our 15 year old York unit, complete with photos of areas that are problematic. He answered our questions and explained options with no sales pressure of any kind. I also appreciate that ARS could send him out within the hour of my initial call and even arrange for a sales appointment this very afternoon (which is heating up to over 95°).
