I scheduled an appointment for a tune up while at Home Depot in Roxbury, and started reading the high volume of negatives reviews online. I attempted to cancel the appointment, and then decided to go along with them. My 5 star is mainly for the technician who came out, Rob! Rob was very communicative, punctual and respected my home. Will I give them another try? Reviews must improve .

I am late sending in this review. A few weeks ago, we had a furnace installed by Sean and Tyler. Their professionalism was outstanding, they took all the necessary precautions putting down tarps moving and installing the new furnace. They cleaned the floors. Showing me how the new thermostat works. This company starting with Deon then the installers Sean & Tyler outstanding. I highy recommend.

ARS is very professional, keeps us updated on routine maintenance required, provides suggestions on what we can do to keep our system working well and is flexible when scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Great experience over the past few years.

Thorough evaluation of a difficult problem with a leak we thought may have been related to the unit. Answered all our questions and gave us excellent advise with how to move forward. Service was same day!

Excellent service. The service technician, Jesse, is both friendly and efficient. He explained our situation in terms we could understand, and helped us decide a course of action re an intermittent problem.

The technician was informative and reassured me that not only do they not service Mr cool systems but he still took a couple minutes to confirm everything sounded okay and it may be a pressure release I was concerned about and advised me to search for a contractor who works on that system

Always a smooth experience with ARS. I first hired ARS a year and a half ago to replace a combined HVAC system. I just moved into my condo as a first time homeowner and was stressed about an expensive repair so soon after moving in. ARS was a breeze to schedule with. And the sales guy was thorough and reasonable, laid out all the options clearly. The replacement was scheduled and installed, no fuss. All questions answered.
I just had regular maintenance performed on the unit, same experience. Easy to schedule, communicative on the day off, and knowledged technician. Drew answered any question I had and offered advice on maintenance. I will keep scheduling with ARS.

Five stars all the way. My heating system was not functioning properly. I called on Saturday and a technician, Pierre showed up a couple hours later and fixed the problem. Very happy with service!

ARS provides prompt and excellent service. The technician arrived as scheduled and did a great job and explained exactly what he was doing and what measures we should take to make sure our air conditioning/heating system functions to its maximum capacity in the future.
