I had a great experience with ARS when my AC stopped working. I called them in the morning and they scheduled a same-day appointment between 12-4. The technician called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem with my system, and fixed it by replacing a part. I appreciated the clear communication and fast, professional service.

I used a promo to tune up my a/c. The price for the tune up was great but the company was less than transparent about the pricing of the refrigerant in case the system needed a top up. I called repeatedly about this and the sales people promised that a technician would call me about this but I never received a call. All for good reason. The rate that the company charges for the refrigerant is 5 times the rates available on a google search.
However, I still rate the service at 5 stars because the technician, Rob, who showed up was great. He was nice, friendly and honest. It turned out that my system didn’t need any refrigerant top-up, so I didn’t have to worry about its price. So, I will use the company’s services again for its technicians but it would be nice if the company was upfront about the price of the parts and the consumables.

I had a 2 plumbing issues that were evaluated and priced. The work was completed timely and pricing was fair. They were in and out on 90 minutes. They were very polite and courteous. I will definitely call them back for any future needs.

I had a problem it was a heat wave very hot. I called them. They were down here in a couple of hours. They fixed my problem within an hour very polite very intelligent would highly recommend them

Thus far, my experience with ARS has been stellar. They have been very responsive and accommodating with the work we have scheduled. After our 30 year old gas boiler died, they installed a temporary hot water tank while we wait for major work scheduled to begin.
