Communications are A+++!!!! Great customer service from office folk and the tech (can’t remember his name at the moment) was very thorough and made sure I understood what the service would entail and walked me through his recommendations. Can’t go wrong with Brother’s!

The service was excellent, and the service technician, Jason, was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. My only complaint deals with setting up the appointment. My first appointment was canceled and my second appointment did not arrive as indicated, but came about an hour later. Maybe you could do something to make the appointments more reliable.

My technician Johnny was great!! He was very knowledgeable, make sure that I understood my options, went over warranty information, as well as options to come back within 30 days in case I wanted to add any additional services to avoid any additional fee fees for a visit.

Great & friendly service. The tech was very knowledgeable and let me know what was going on fast. Inefficient did not take much time out of my day, definitely recommend them.

Outside unit would not turn on (Saturday of all days). Called and they had a technician out within 2 hours. They were professional, explained what they found and fixed me up.

After a couple of problems with my appointment, Joseph arrived and handled my service call with courtesy and professionalism. He explained everything in detail he was doing and suggested things I could do to improve my system and it's output. Excellent job!

Got the job done very quick and did a great job. Friendly and professional. Replaced a very old bathroom faucet. Half hour tops! Felt the price could of been about 200$ lower. I needed it done, I paid.

I had my AC tuneup appointment today- tech (Alex Thomas) was on time, did a thorough job of cleaning/ checking the unit. I would schedule with him again.

We had an issue with our HVAC and called Brothers who immediately set up an appointment and within an hour, a technician, Miles Grainger who was terrific , came and knew immediately what our issue was and had it fixed in no time. So happy we hired Brothers for our heat and air as they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable as to your needs. We have and continue to recommend Brothers Air & Heat.
Today we had our annual heat update with Michael Czikk and he is the best. He walked us through everything he did and also updated me on using Nest on my phone. Brothers always comes through for us and we highly recommend Brothers.
Today we had Alexander Lahr service our air conditioning system and as usual, we received excellent service. Alexander explained that there were two issues and we asked that he correct them which he did. We cannot thank Alexander for helping us and we want Brothers to know that Alexander is terrific and a great asset to the company.
