What a blessing this company. I used ARS Myrtle Beach at my beach house. Sold it and called to see if they serviced my area. And they do. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. Thank you Brothers

Brothers was outstanding from the moment I spoke on the phone with Rick (who has a heart of Gold) to the time Kevin and Mario left after a complete heating system install. From tears to joyful laughter this has been one of our best experiences. I am completely thrilled and satisfied with the work that Brothers does for our community and our Veterans. They go above and beyond both in the office and in the field. I am forever thankful and blessed to have been part of this process. They definitely have a customer life!!!

I live in a home built in 1931. It was replumbed in 1995. I had a clog in my kitchen and he wasn’t able to get it unclogged although he did his best by fishing the pipe twice. He was here from 10:45 am till 4. He also installed a vent on the sink.
They still only charged me the $89 service call because he was unsuccessful in finding the clog.

I would recommend Brother's Air,Heat&Pluming. My reason why.
I was online looking for Heating system because mine died. They called me and scheduled me an appointment at no cost to check my unit. After inspection they did say I needed a new unit. The process was so super easy. Financing was fast and easy. The installment was the very next day. The staff is so awesome. They cleaned everything up when they were done. Explained very well. This company is the one to go to for your need.

My technician, his name was AJ. He was a very nice and kind person. Very thorough in his work. And he made sure that I knew everything, good or bad, that I needed to know about my unit. He told me that there was one other thing that I needed to have done and so he offered me a coupon because it would be a little experience. I really like him he was very personable. And I hope that he is able to come back and service my unit again.

He needed a ladder to get to my attic HVAC, he checked my system under my yearly contract and all is good. So there was no price today. He offered to replace the air filters, but I recently did that myself. Friendly, no hassle maintenance.

Regular semi annual maintenance. As usual, technician, Tanner, was courteous, respectful of property, professional, timely and efficient. Gave good advice and answered any questions. We've been very pleased with the services that we have received.

Gary was great. He checked my heating system thoroughly and then told me about the Air Scrubbers option. I have allergies so I will most likey get this in the near future. He was very pleasant and professional. A true gentleman. Many thanks.

AC wasn't performing well for a couple of months. Also, our power bill increased about $40 more last month and $70 more this month. Brothers came to check it out and determined there was a leak in the coil that was getting progressively worse. It was determined that the whole HVAC system needed to be replaced. The installers were very efficient, knowledgeable, focused, professional and did a great job on the install. They explained every part of the system to us and how it operated. We could see that it was a difficult installation. They were also considerate of keeping everything neat by putting covering on all the floors and wearing shoe covers at all times in the house. They left the house and yard in perfect order. Can't say enough about their excellent service!
