I knew something was wrong with my old unit. My previous air unit was messed up to the point where The outside unit was brand new, and the inside of the air conditioner motor was old. So my previous electrician connected a 2023 outside unit to a 1994 motor from inside my home 2 years ago. Brian who inspected my unit told me and my mother that those two should not be together and that My inside unit was covered in gunk in dust, which every time I turn on my furnace. Something smells like it’s burning. Thankfully, we got a quote from them and have them put in a new unit from my home. Instead of five stars, I wish I could give them 20. Besides that they are highly recommended people, and I’ve never in my 21 years of living in this world have smelled clean air coming through my house thank you guys!

Our technician arrived exactly when scheduled, was so friendly and went right to work. As this was just a routine maintenance appointment, he wasn’t here very long. He was very nice and explained a couple of things that we need to watch out for with our AC unit in a few months. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The team showed up and worked all day (2 days) to get the job done. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up before they left. This is my second big purchase repair with brothers and I can rest easy k owing the work is done well. I highly recommend them.

Horrible service. Please do don’t use them.
They must have been sold. All seems outsourced now. Been without air conditioning for 2 days now will be 3. Said would be back this morning. I call and can’t even get a supervisor or anyone. Just bounced between groups. Have used them for over 15yrs. I’m over it. Time to change !!!

The communication was excellent regarding when the technician would arrive at my home & which I appreciated so my entire day would not be tied up waiting for him. The technician was very thorough and respectful. Took his time to answer all my concerns & questions. Very professional & I’m very happy with the experience. I am going to stay with Brothers for all heating/AC needs.
