You know that we must really be pleased if I am willing to redo my first review and then lost it. It was my mistake losing it so they at least deserve for me to try to remember what I wrote before. I wrote a long detailed comment about their work today which was wonderful‼️
From Justin's phone call telling me what his GPS was showing as their arrival time to the time he and Ryan left taking ALL the trash with them including 2, TWO, large concrete slabs that the old unit was sitting on EVERYTHING they did was top of the line. I hope you get the picture because I have to make dinner now. I went into so much more in the first comment I wrote. These two young men were very patient with us along with being pleasant, respectful, and genuinely nice. The electrician, Donnie, was informative, respectful, and considerate. The entire installation was great‼️💯

Contacted Brothers on Sunday afternoon after noticing sewer issues. Spoke with a real person who set an appointment for Monday morning. Dispatch called to confirm on Monday AM, then dispatched Roy to our home. Roy is friendly and professional. He put the camera down the main sewer line and found the problem, a broken line in the front yard. He showed me the issue and then cleared the line.
Roy then inspected all of the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry for issues. Also checked water heater etc. And found a bad expansion tank.
Brothers is scheduled to correct these issues several day from now. In the meantime, our home is functional.
Not sure how much better Roy and Brothers could have done. I am completely satisfied with the fast, friendly and professional service from Brothers.

After our last experience, I was so happy that this was the best experience ever. The Tech James that come out was super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. He checked out everything before explaining what it was and how he was taking care of it. Everything is up and running. His friendliness and knowledge of our system was a win win. He won us over and we couldn't be happier.

Michal was very professional and courteous! He mapped out a plan to fix our water leak at our kitchen and has a plan that will not require opening walls! Outstanding! He is also putting in a water filtration system, which I wanted eventually! I also appreciate the communication that this company provides!

Andre's performance was exceptional! He quickly diagnosed our furnace problem and educated us as to what was going on with our system. Speedy repair and excellent communication. I highly recommend Brothers to anyone who wants an honest company with integrity.

My technician, Joshua did an excellent job. He reviewed and ensured our heating system was functioning properly. He also installed 2 air scrubbers. The work was quick, thorough and he showed me the photos of the completed work. Great job!

Very polite technician. Walked me through the entire process and let me ask questions about what ifs and how to.They said they were coming back to finish the repairs. Parts are on order. Madison Tweed came back and finally fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it with no issues remaining. They need more like him. Thank you very much Madison!!!

With each and every service I'm glad I chose Brothers. From installing systems to maintenence they do a great job. If you are looking for a service company I highly recommend Brothers Htg and Air.

Very disappointed. Set up an appointment 10 days out scheduled between 10:00 and 2:00 multiple confirmations from them saying they'll be there ,then they don't show up ,I call and have to act crazy to get someone because they wanted to reschedule my appointment for November 30th which was 30 more days out. UNACCEPTABLE.

Our technician Gary was on time, he checked the air conditioner cleaned it, explained the way the air conditioner should work and tested it before he left. He was polite and very professional.

Johnny W did a thorough cleaning . He even removed the outside fan to clean the interior coils. It was really dirty. I told him we had our ducts cleaned at a steep price. Cleaning the dual layer of coils starts maintenance to house. Appreciated the clean & explanation.
Visit 2 &3
I was told Johnny was no longer an employee. Logistics set me up for different unnamed techs 10-2 spring & fall 2025. Intially both techs were no shows for 10-2, requiring a call to management. They acknowledged and scramble to contact &reprimand the unnamed techs.
My response, " Do I really want that tech working on my house?"
In the Spring between 5&6 pm the tech AS arrived to save the day. Did service, changed filters and was respectful of my concerns.
AS did not go unnoticed. When the fall tech for 10-2 was late like 4pm, with office reprimand. I asked for AS. It took 2 hours but I knew he would do a quality job.
I meet him at the door, " A youre here to save the day again", gave a quik review of logistics problems I had. He had driven to Salisbury after a few calls closer to my area. All while the unnamed tech was going" freebird" and fixin for a reprimand.
AS arrived and was knowlegable and professional throughout. Asked if I preferred filter change or service first. I recommend AS and asked Spring & Fall logistic to add AS to my account as preferred tech
The logistics team needs a reboot. The name & id greeting is "professional" but
leads me to expect better results.
Hope to see AS again. Johnny good luck in the new job

Par excellence in all venues. The job wasn’t going to be easy as there wasn’t much working space, high temperatures.
Works great replaced air handler and outdoor heat pump same day.. totally impressed.

Andre came out and knew right away what the problem was. Andre was upfront and professional about the work and costs. Brothers is great but Andre will be the reason, if we need service again, we call Brothers.

Selvin was very polite and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with his work. He also explained all my options. Very pleasant to talk to.He was very efficient and did a very neat job.I would refer him to anyone.
