Technician (Hamidou) was prompt, professional, and very friendly. He let me know exactly what was going on during the service, explained system weak spots that needed to be monitored but not yet replaced, gave me an idea of what I’d be looking at if/when they did need replaced, and most importantly, he was kind to my overly curious dogs. Haha. The price on the annual a/c tune up was unbeatable, and exponentially more valuable when you consider the peace of mind it gives, knowing the system is ready for the summer!

After shopping around for a few quotes, Columbus Worthing Air had by far the best rates. They provided several options and we worked with their specialist to decide which was best for us. Unlike other companies we dealt with, there was no pressure to make the deal which was greatly appreciated considering the financial implications of our decision. The next day the installation crew was on time, communicated well, and were able to complete the large job relatively quickly. They cleaned up the area and explained what all they did, what maintenance to do each year going forward, and what the new features were. It was not hot yesterday, but we turned the air on in the evening and it cooled the house to the desired temperature (4 degrees cooler) quickly and easily.

Annual spring AC check was performed today. Also, checked my dehumidifier operation. Scheduling was quick, communication prior to arrival was excellent, arrived on time. Everything checked out, no additional service required. Been using Columbus Worthington Air for many years for service and replacements of AC & furnace.

The technician was on time, friendly and professional. His examination of the AC system revealed an issue that benefited from a preemptive strike by replacing a part that had been an issue once before. Hopefully this will prevent a system failure at a more critical time.

4/6/26. Matt and Brock was quite a team to replace our 13 year old A/C unit. One worked in the basement and the other outside. They were efficient and answered all my questions. Within four hours the job was complete, including the new thermostat. We were well pleased. J D H
