Very professional and courteous service technician

Extremely quick and worth the price. Had someone come in for a repair. The repair would involve fixing pretty much everything so was suggested a whole new furnace. Was a bit wary, but the new furnace was cheaper than repair actually. Plus you are amortizing it over 10+ years. Literally a steal imo. Or have no heat. Perfectly happy with how it turned out and the experience.

Amazing. They were able to come out the same day I called. The technician was polite, thorough and explained everything easy enough for me to understand HVAC- speak. Will definitely call them again.

Kevin was outstanding. Great detailed diagnostic workup. Clear explanations. Checked the unit’s warranty. Provided sensible options without the unnecessary upsell using CO scare tactics the other firm used. Glad to have gotten a 2nd opinion. An honest one. Our technician Mikele was engaging; very intelligent and diagnosed our furnace issue quickly. Meeting our needs immediately. He also suggested additional future services that will help with allergies. We will definitely use Columbus Worthington annually for furnace and AC needs!! Hopefully Mikele will be our technician going forward.❤️❤️

Josh S. and Brian S. installed a new furnace and AC for my elderly aunt. They did an excellent job. They were very polite and kind and went beyond their normal duties. Let me explain, they noticed the the water heater did not have a vent hood (I myself did not notice that!) So they went and got one and installed it for her! That is not just the height of professionalism, it is the apex of customer care and service. My aunt Peg was so happy with Josh and Brian that she took them out to her garage to show them her 1968 Z28 RS Camero! We are also very happy with the Comfort Advisor Al for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you to Columbus Worthington Air for having such great employees to represent them and for being able install the new system the next day!

The schedulers were professional; All of the service men (4 came over the 2 days our system was checked, a part was ordered and put in) came at time promised, protected our home with covers for shoes, explained what they were doing...seemed knowledgeable.

Brad came out on Tuesday morning to do the $49 furnace check. He discovered a crack in the heating core of my 24 year old furnace. He gave me options to repair or replace. I went with the replacement option for the whole HVAC system. Brian came out about an hour later and went through estimates and options. After I decided on one, he said the crew would be out at 8am on Wednesday. They showed up on time and had the whole system installed in about 4 hours. Everyone was prompt, professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air for all your HVAC needs.

I used Home Depot’s contractor network for this referral to CWA. I was very happy with the sales consultant Jeff. He came onsite quickly and provided me with three options. The pricing for a new furnace (install and all in costs) was better than I expected. Cameron and Bryan showed up the next day and completed the installation within 4 hrs. They did a fantastic job/ high quality job. Well done CWA.

*UPDATE - Appreciate CWA reaching out and making things right.
Signed up for CWA’s Elite program and setup an appointment for a tune-up and cleaning. That appointment was not able to be made on time by CWA and had to reschedule. 2nd appointment day was packed with emergency calls and made to reschedule. 3rd appointment day was a no call no show by CWA. I ended up calling 30 minutes after their call window, redirected from one group to another and then told a dispatcher would contact me, which was last Thursday and I’ve not received a call back since.

Ethan showed up and went to work. He was friendly, knowledgable, and not spewing fear tactics like some companies I have used. He thoroughly checked my heat pump and answered every question I had. I have used Worthington Air in the past successfully, and will continue to turn to them with my HVAC needs. Thanks!
