I have little patience for contractors not doing as asked or fulfilling their commitments without excuses or upselling.

Kevin S. Was friendly, professional, and got right to work when he arrived. He answered all of my questions, reviewed the few issues that there were, and made several recommendations with options, all without and high pressure tactics. I would gladly have Kevin / CWA service my HVAC system in the future,

Kevin was great! He did a thorough inspection of my 19 year old furnace and took the time to explain the issues, which is the type of feedback you don't always get. Bottom line is that my unit is on borrowed time and needs to be replaced. And I'm comfortable with that, thanks to Kevin.

The service technician sent to our home was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We appreciate his patience in setting up and explaining how to use our new Nest Thermostat. We are senior citizens in our 80’s and don’t always grasp technology easily.

The technician, Tac, was great; however, our first scheduled appt was pushed out a week. Then the technician for our 10-2 appt arrived close to 5pm. We should have been moved to the beginning of the time window since we were already pushed out a week.

Michael’s focus and dedication to solving our problem has been excellent! The problem turned out to be complicated, requiring several trips out to our house to test, report, follow up, and eventually replace parts. Michael communicated every detail to us in a straightforward, honest way, and stayed on the job until it was finished. Our mini-split unit is back up and running and we have a new warranty from Columbus Worthington Air on the replaced parts and the workmanship. Thanks, Michael! And thanks CWA!

I was in Home Depot yesterday and received a promotional HVAC season check up voucher with Columbus Worthington Air. It was a true bargain. I made an appointment for the next day. Kevin arrived, on time, he was pleasant and courteous. He went straight to work checking my HVAC system. Once he was done, he took the time to explained my systems functions to me , answer my questions, which were many, and described possible problems in the future. I’m very grateful and thankful for your services. I will include Columbus Worthington Air to my phone contacts.

Our experience with them was spectacular. They were here quickly on the first call. They laid out exactly what our cost would be. They put no pressure on us to sign anything. They were completely transparent, prompt, quick to return calls, and polite. The workers did a great job and were very careful with our home.

Replaced heat exchanger less than 8 years old. Bryant furnace still under warranty but $1600 for labor. Service was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient.

My service tech was Hamidou Diallo. He was very professional and pleasant to talk with. Hamidou clearly explained what maintenance was done. He explained potential issues in the future. Answered all my questions. He completed maintenance on the heat pump without leaving attic insulation everywhere. Thank you Columbus Worthington Air for having such wonderful people at your company.

Very happy with the service, they were on time and always on top of everything. This is the 4th year I have used them and today I got my humidifier installed. I want to avoid bloody nose this winter. The service takes about 2 hours so is a long work but the tech was very polite and eager to assist great service!

Dave came and did a great job communicating the status of my furnace, what his recommendations were and why he was suggesting them. He even showed me how to change my whole house humidifier filter which I greatly appreciated! Was quick and thorough. Great experience.
