Columbus Worthington Air was the most responsive when we lost heat going into a winter storm. The service technician showed up on time in very bad weather, the estimator showed up on time, and the installers arrived on time. Could not ask for a better scenario. Highly recommend.

I called on Saturday morning as an emergency no heat issue. CWA was able to get a repair technician out in a reasonable time that day. After discussing the proven issues with the 20 year old original HVAC system, we decided to replace the old system with a new energy efficient Rheem HVAC system from CWA.
On Monday, after 12+inches of snowfall, CWA technician Branson arrives and begins dismantling the old furnace. About an hour or so later another CWA technician Joshua arrives to help.
I was extremely impressed with Branson and his work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I could tell from his actions that he was very experienced and confident in what he was doing. Totally focused on the task at hand in a systematic way. Really impressed with his attitude and leadership of his team. Joshua held his own and followed direction with precision.
Great guys to have on the CWA team!

Our furnace went out with a winter storm and Dave from Columbus Worthington Air showed up at 8:30 am and was so nice. Did diagnosis …need new furnace. Ours was over 20 years old.

The two gentlemen that installed my new HVAC system were very courteous, clean, thorough and listened to me when I talked. This meant a lot to me. They came to my house at 9am and left at 3pm on a Saturday. I am very pleased

Brad was efficient, professional, and offered honest information. He answered all of our questions. We then received an estimate from another associate, David. Because of the extreme weather conditions, we needed our furnace immediately replaced. The next day, Brian and Brian were at our door and promptly replaced our furnace. It was bitter cold out. These two gentlemen were efficient, answered questions, and explained everything. Drop clothes were used and they cleaned up when the job was completed. We were grateful for the prompt service during a time that had to have been busy because of the weather conditions. Thank you,

I had them inspect and tune my 2 furnace while they had special pricing. They arrived right on time at beginning of window. Answered all questions and gave me some tips even related to other stuff like humidifier. No hard sell for add-ons

They came to do our winter furnace maintenance inspection today. The service technician was very professional and polite. H showed me what he was checking on our furnace and explained the details of the inspection. His work was quick, clean and quiet. I was very impressed.
