I had Rescue Rooters Services come to my home a week ago Saturday night after 9:00 p.m. due to a leak in my kitchen ceiling. It turned out I needed two new toilets which were installed the following morning. The Plumbing technician Steve did a Fabulous job. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing step by step and he left the area very clean without any mishaps. I recommend them for emergency plumbing!

Danny was fantastic! He put a camera in and found a significant issue. Since we were leaving town he got someone in to deal with it the next day and followed up to make sure everything was done properly. Explained everything well. Highly recommend!

I had an extraordinary exceptional best experience from Rescue Rooter. Chase and Nicholas did a phenomenal job. They were friendly. They were very respectful property I couldn’t ask for more. I had to wait a long time for service, even though I was told I was a priority. The electrician that responded was very professional and seemed like an expert in what he does. Knowing that I would get experts like that for a reasonable cost, I would not hesitate to use your company again.

Heavy rain the night before caused the basement drain to inflow water into the basement in my older home with no sump pump. Called Rescue Rooter (friendly appointment setter) and was given a time frame within 5 hours from the time I called. The tech, Tyler Difilippo, did a fantastic job. He arrived within the quoted time frame, uncapped the drain cover which was over 60 years old, snaked out the main sewer line, replaced the cap with a new one and finished the job in less than an hour and a half. I would absolutely (and already have) recommend Rescue Rooter to others. They had a special going at the time for the main sewer line clearing and the total charge was less than a $100. I also still have a free camera inspection coming. Excellent job.

They were able to have a technician out the next day to fix my kitchen sink drain that backed up into my basement and caused some flooding of dirty, smelly water. My technician, Daniel Neal did a great job. He explained everything that was going on and showed me the tree roots he removed from the pipes. He even cleaned up the mess around the drain for me. Thank you, Daniel!
