Excellent company and experience. They came out and did a quote for me on Tuesday and had a brand new system installed the very next day! I am super happy with how fast and efficient everyone was, we finally have central heat and air after 3.5 years! Not to mention everything is brand new and they took the time to do it correctly. There was a huge gap between the furnace and the ventilation system and they took the time to repair it for us so we didn't have to worry about not being able to heat the house efficiently.

Very prompt. Really liked the guy that came out to give me an estimate. Very knowledgeable and did not throw a big sales pitch.
The 3 guys that preformed the install were younger and enthusiastic, I could tell they were proud of their trade and their work. I enjoyed watching the complete installation, they explained everything as the work progressed. Complete heat and air in less than a day.
I would highly recommend. I could tell right away that they are a top-notch company.

The experience was phenomenal. We had an UV light and filtration installation and wow. The guy was awesome and highly recommend this service especially if you have had water damage. Taylor B. was wonderful and so helpful.

We have had to replace both of our heating/air units in the last 14 months. Comfort has been great to work with, showed us all pictures and issues, and gave us multiple options for replacement. We are so pleased with the services we have received.

I have been a member of their “Elite Program” for years, which means they service my unit twice a year. Customers service has always been a strong suit until a couple years. Ack when they brought on a call center. The call center employees are more concerned with giving out their employee number than addressing customer concerns. And most of them can’t speak English. One this morning literally began lecturing me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 20 minutes. So I hung up and called back. I asked to speak to a supervisor, the person took my name and number but no one called me back. When I call, they still have me living at an old residence. Give me a break. I’m very happy with the HVaC unit I bought from them and their techs are nice and competent but for the first time in years I’m thinking of taking my business elsewhere.

Oct. 2025, Taylor Burton did my furnace tune up and does an excellent job, as he checks everything to make sure they are operating correct....This year he found my capacitor bad and he replaced with a new one, that cost $300.00 and I will ck and see if this was a fair cost, as my furnace is only 6 years old, but i think Taylor does good work.
