Very good service call! The HVAC technician, Nathan, called prior to arriving to ask if it was a good time, had been to my house previously (means Comfort keeps employees) was knowledgeable about my HVAC systems history, and spoke with me after servicing about my system, optimum thermostat settings (I have a dual stage gas assist unit), etc. Very efficient service!

Ryan was great! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable/quickly able to answer my questions and offered useful tips for maintenance and optimal HVAC performance. In and out, plus I appreciated that he got here closer to 10:00 as opposed to 2:00, in the given 4 hour eta window.

Ryan and the rest of the crew worked SO HARD to install a mini-split in a 100 year old home. They took great care when cutting into my old plaster. They worked tirelessly for 3 days. I FINALLY have a warm old house! 10/10 recommend Comfort Heating & Air.

Oct. 2025, Taylor Burton did my furnace tune up and does an excellent job, as he checks everything to make sure they are operating correct....This year he found my capacitor bad and he replaced with a new one, that cost $300.00 and I will ck and see if this was a fair cost, as my furnace is only 6 years old, but i think Taylor does good work.

Comfort Heating & Air are always on time and professional. Had them out to perform routine service and checks of my system. John was completely thorough and respectful! John also located some potential troubles and got me scheduled for a future repair to keep my equipment in Top Shape!

I would highly recommend Comfort Heating & Air to anyone needing HVAC services. I have been a member of the Comfort Club for a long time, and I really believe their twice annual cleaning and maintenance of my original furnace and AC is what made it last 26 years. Comfort installed my new system a few years ago, and my technician (Payton Salyer) comes twice yearly to clean and maintain it. If you’re looking for a reliable, great HVAC company, look no further than Comfort Heating & Air! UPDATE 9/16/25: I continue to have very good service from Comfort Heating & Air and the equipment they have installed. They have been very helpful when they do the maintenance checks!
