This company is TOP TIER!! Every interaction is so respectful to me and my home!! This company does not sell or upsell on anything, they take their time to educate and explain everything so you as the homeowner can make the decision that is best for you! Excellent company and experience. They came out and did a quote for me on Tuesday and had a brand new system installed the very next day! I am super happy with how fast and efficient everyone was, we finally have central heat and air after 3.5 years! Not to mention everything is brand new and they took the time to do it correctly. There was a huge gap between the furnace and the ventilation system and they took the time to repair it for us so we didn't have to worry about not being able to heat the house efficiently.

Seasonal follow up inspection of my heating and air conditioning system was good . Some issues were brought up like surge protection for the system by the serviceman which does make alot of sense considering the cost of a new unit. Comfort Heating and Air is reliable.

I have been a member of their “Elite Program” for years, which means they service my unit twice a year. Customers service has always been a strong suit until a couple years. Ack when they brought on a call center. The call center employees are more concerned with giving out their employee number than addressing customer concerns. And most of them can’t speak English. One this morning literally began lecturing me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 20 minutes. So I hung up and called back. I asked to speak to a supervisor, the person took my name and number but no one called me back. When I call, they still have me living at an old residence. Give me a break. I’m very happy with the HVaC unit I bought from them and their techs are nice and competent but for the first time in years I’m thinking of taking my business elsewhere.

Our technician was Brady. He was courteous, polite and although I have no idea as to what he was supposed to check out, he checked out 3 units and pronounced them to be in good working order. The communication was excellent, the service was conveniently scheduled to meet my needs.

My technician was knowledgeable and thorough and took pictures of the problem, since I was unable to go under the house. He was polite and professional and gave me good advice. Instead of looking at an expensive repair, I am going to look into replacing my system with Comfort Heating and Air.
