Everyone who assisted me from the initial call through completion of the project was courteous and professional. My Comfort Advisor, Matt, took the time to explain calculations and made sure I understood my options. My installation crew, David & Matt, were super efficient and left things in tip-top shape. Within a day of my initial call, I had a new heat pump. I am extremely satisfied with Comfort Heating & Air!

I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, sincere, and took the time to explain every detail of the process. From the initial quote to the final installation, everything was seamless. Even though they worked all day in the sweltering heat, starting from early morning, they never lost their smiles and remained remarkably kind. They were quick, accurate, and truly listened to understand my needs. What impressed me most was how they left the workspace—it was so clean it looked like they were never even there! They are reasonable, friendly, and true professionals. Highly recommended!

This morning, I had a preventive maintenance visit for Matthew at Comfort Heating And Air. He did a great job, and was able to diagnose the reason. I’m seeing more dust than I should be in the house. Unfortunately that’s going to lead to ductwork repair, but at least we have the answer! He also went above and beyond and sprayed off my AC unit. In any case, I will be happy to have Matthew come back again next time!!

Alex Huff stood behind every word he spoke to us when we purchased the Comfort Maker. We had trouble with the first unit installed and it was replaced a few weeks later, all of their technicians were excellent and in the end we are well pleased with this unit.

Brian was great, very thorough and professional! He found that my outdoor unit did not have a surge protector. What? Had him add it as you cannot trust the weather in West Lexington! I’m grateful for his keen eye.
