I had two interactions with comfort heating and air. The first technician was very nice and professional and he told me he didn’t really find anything wrong and I went with that and thanked him, but the issue replicated itself. . And the second Technician that came out was absolutely phenomenal!! His name is Adam. He was so knowledgeable. I could tell when I described the problem on the phone that he understood what I was saying. He came and he problem solved and then showed me the pictures of the problem and fixed it and it’s the first time since I’ve been in this house that actually felt warm because there was some issues from the builders who wired something backwards and then left some wires for the auxiliary heat disconnected and Adam found the problem and fixed it and I am so thankful to him! My house is so much different and I just applaud him for his expertise and knowledge and professionalism - he was able to get to the bottom of the problem that I’ve been having for years and I’ve had other people come out to look at it and nobody ever found the problem until now!!! Adam is the best!!! I’m not a heating and air expert so when all these other people said they couldn’t find anything wrong I just believe them, but Adam showed me the pictures of what was wrong and I can feel a difference in my house!!! Thank you, Adam so much!

Exceptional customer service. Educational, answered questions and followed up quickly. Install day was faster than I expected. The installers were friendly and efficient getting a whole new HVAC system installed. Recommended!

Seasonal follow up inspection of my heating and air conditioning system was good . Some issues were brought up like surge protection for the system by the serviceman which does make alot of sense considering the cost of a new unit. Comfort Heating and Air is reliable.

Our technician was Brady. He was courteous, polite and although I have no idea as to what he was supposed to check out, he checked out 3 units and pronounced them to be in good working order. The communication was excellent, the service was conveniently scheduled to meet my needs.
