Taylor Brummett did an excellent job solving a clogged water outflow pipe due to the old units depositing rust and clogging the pipe.
This has been a recurring problem where all the outflow was flooding our crawl space. But he took the time to make sure the clog was completely cleared and that it would no longer be a problem. Highly recommend him.

Alex was flexible And working around my schedule and meeting with me for a consultation and estimate on a new HAVC system , which was scheduled for the following week.
Technicians Ryan and Tyler, Without taking any breaks, they worked throughout the day in the extreme heat, humidity and a rain storm and completed the task in a timely manner.

Friend has been waiting on repair on a system for which there is a warranty that has been broken since June.
Internal customer service can’t get management or the parts department to pick up
Despite the warranty, it’s going to cost over $2700 to fix because the part is covered, but not the coolant lost due to a broken part. Feels extremely wrong to word the warranty so that it covers a part but knowingly exclude coverage of coolant replacement, knowing that would be the result of a broken part.
Shouldn't be the customers burden. Shame!

Logen Bingamen was our tech. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Because of his work we're now have signed up for a maintenance plan. He treated my house and family with respect. He covered his shoes and gave detailed explanations of his work. Great guy!

My a/c hadn't worked for two days, it was 90 degrees in the house. our go to hvac company is comfort heating and air, we called them, and a gentlemen named Taylor Burton showed up and promptly got to work. He was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes. He told us what was wrong, and even changed the filter to the unit. I highly recommend this company. I've used them before for my hvac needs, and both times they were able to fix whatever problem I had. 5/5 stars.

We contacted 4 HVAC companies to replace a dual system heat pump/gas furnace. Comfort heating and air were head and shoulders above the competition. The sales rep Chase came prepared, provided useful information and detailed assessment for selecting the proper replacement system. The installers Josh and Leman could not have been better, professional and personable. The 3 other companies I contacted were worthless. Once I refused to buy the crap they wanted to sell me they lost interest, one refused to provide a bid, one didn’t even get back to me with a bid and the third provided a bid with very little thought and no follow up. If you are looking for reliable information and service go with Comfort heating and air. If you want to waste your time and money call someone else.

Excellent experience with Ryan. The scheduling was easy with several options during a busy season and we received advanced notice before his arrival, making it easy to prepare. His diagnosis was clear and he provided a solution and the cost prior to proceeding with the fix. His work was clean and we are grateful for a working system.
