Awesome customer service. Daisy, the Dispatcher, is informative, patient (with my stupid questions), and friendly.
Justin, the service person handled everything professionally. He explained in detail every step he took to correct all issues that the City of Conroe Inspector identified. Justin was also very friendly. He put me at ease as soon as he entered my home.

The technician Josh Boss was very efficient in his maintenance service. He also took time to provided informative knowledge concerning the programming of my unit, why regular change and check of filters and drain pipe is important and suggestion maintaining the area around the outside unit from ants. I appreciate his customer service.

I was kept informed with delays its Father's Day and they were short staffed but they made it. Had the part replaced within an hour i asked for a 10% and Ahamad gave one that was bonus thank your very will use them again.

Mike Watson went above and beyond my expectations. I called him in the morning and left a message. He responded with a text to say he was in an attic and would return my call later. He called back about a half hour later. I gave him my unprofessional analysis of the situation. He said he would call me back once he talked to dispatch. He was at the house by noon and was done within the hour. I had his contact information from doing the special A/C check up from Home Depot.

ARS is always dependable and responsive. My toilet was leaking and Angel came out and fixed it very quickly. Angel was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with his work. ARS has always come through for me.

Josuah Bass was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with the AC coil. Matthew Halliburton was very helpful in getting the coil replaced under warrenty! Patricia Juarez was very pleasant to speak with and let me know when the installs crew would arrive. Tyler Buchanan did an outstanding job installing my new coil
