Prompt and efficient

I'm a longtime user of ARS, so know I can always count on them to take care of me. My ac unit at my son's house went out and Chase was awesome! He walked us through all our options, helping guide us to the perfect solution for our house....and better yet, for our budget! I appreciated him explaining everything in detail to not only me, but my son. The installation team ( Carlos & Ricardo) were available the same day....and we're there within hours. They got his unit up and working by end of day. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a follow up from Chase the next day just asking how everything went and if we had any follow up questions. Love the personal touch! This is EXACTLY why I've used ARS for 27 years and will continue to!

The technician was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and took care of an issue that was left by a previous employee. ( can't seem to refer the other guy as a technician)

Ricardo is my hero! I started off wanting a mini split, but ended up purchasing a new system. Justin was great and showed me my different options. He was very knowledgeable and I am very thankful for his expertise. After about a month, I had a small problem with the new system and ARS got to work on it quickly. Ricardo came out and fixed the problem, and when I told him my bedroom was still too hot, he figured out the problem with that too. He's amazing, and thanks to him, I no longer have three fans going when I sleep. The entire team at ARS was very professional and respectful. You can't go wrong with the ARS Conroe location, and with Ricardo and Justin!

Your Technician, Francisco Aceves Martinez, came out today to check my system because my house seemed too humid. He checked everything and told me that my A/C needed to be set at a temp lower than the 77 degrees that I currently used. Since my husband has cancer, he is always cold. I guess we'll get him a sweater and reduce the temp a few degrees. The tech also recommended keeping the fan running all the time to see if circulating the air would help. I appreciate his advice and we'll try those tips. Thasnk you ARS.

Chase, Ricardo, and the entire ARS crew did an outstanding job installing a brand new AC system in my home. Chase ran lead on the project—he took the time to walk me through all my options, helped me choose the right system, and explained every step of the plan in detail. His expertise and politeness made the whole experience a breeze. Ricardo and the installation team were just as impressive—efficient, courteous, and respectful of my home. The whole process was smooth, and the results speak for themselves. My house feels like a brand new home now—cool, comfortable, and better than ever. Highly recommend ARS and this top-notch team!

Got my AC checked and maintenanced to get my house ready to sell and had a wonderful experience. The technician Justin really went above and beyond with his service and was very detailed. He took the time to explain every thing he was checking and its importance. He also made recommendations for upkeep to keep the unit working properly for an extended life. There was no question that I was dealing with a very knowledgeable expert in the area. Highly recommend ARS & specifically Justin for HVAC services!

I had the pleasure of working with Justin from ARS, and I can't recommend him enough! He is an absolute master of his craft and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to HVAC systems. Not only did he handle the technical aspects with expertise, but he also took the time to offer valuable tips on how to extend the life of my system, which I really appreciated. On top of that, Justin is incredibly personable and made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy. He is truly an asset to ARS. If you're in need of HVAC services, I highly recommend ARS, and be sure to ask for Justin!

Francisco did an amazing job explaining everything and did a very thorough work up of our outdoor unit and the attic! He showed me the problem areas and reassured me that the other components/parts were doing just fine with his notes/pictures. With his help, we were able to feel cool air again in just a little bit over an hour!! We are definitely satisfied with the work that was done on today.

I was having trouble with my shower so I called ARS and Cory was able to fix all of the problems that I was having and walked me through a couple of maintenance steps. Cory was great and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. If I have any more problems in the future I will definitely request Cory as my technician!
