I had a new hot water heater installed by ARS. They came, swapped the new for the old and were done before I realized they were done.

Got my AC checked and maintenanced to get my house ready to sell and had a wonderful experience. The technician Justin really went above and beyond with his service and was very detailed. He took the time to explain every thing he was checking and its importance. He also made recommendations for upkeep to keep the unit working properly for an extended life. There was no question that I was dealing with a very knowledgeable expert in the area. Highly recommend ARS & specifically Justin for HVAC services!

I had the pleasure of working with Justin from ARS, and I can't recommend him enough! He is an absolute master of his craft and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to HVAC systems. Not only did he handle the technical aspects with expertise, but he also took the time to offer valuable tips on how to extend the life of my system, which I really appreciated. On top of that, Justin is incredibly personable and made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy. He is truly an asset to ARS. If you're in need of HVAC services, I highly recommend ARS, and be sure to ask for Justin!

Francisco did an amazing job explaining everything and did a very thorough work up of our outdoor unit and the attic! He showed me the problem areas and reassured me that the other components/parts were doing just fine with his notes/pictures. With his help, we were able to feel cool air again in just a little bit over an hour!! We are definitely satisfied with the work that was done on today.

I was having trouble with my shower so I called ARS and Cory was able to fix all of the problems that I was having and walked me through a couple of maintenance steps. Cory was great and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. If I have any more problems in the future I will definitely request Cory as my technician!

Came out to do a yearly check-up, and ended up having to replace my entire HVAC system instead of doing some temporary expensive bandaid fixes. I got a 10yr warranty on my system, and negotiatied a fair price out the door, so I feel ok with my decision to replace the entire system.

Very happy with the installation of the new A O smith water heater it is working perfectly and now it is up to code I must say that Ross and Blake were very professional and courteous young men if you have a plumbing or air conditioning problem do not hesitate to call this company

Joshua has awesome customer services. He took the time to explain to me what was the problem with my a/c. He also allowed me to look at the pictures on what was causing the problem & explained what type of repairs are needed.

ARS in Conroe is who you should call when you need A/C repair. And Joshua is as professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as a person can get. He was extremely thorough checking all possibilities and extremely professional. Excellent experience! I absolutely recommend them for A/C repair needs
