Had two different things done today. Justin Bailey did heater preventative maintenance and was very knowledgeable and nice guy. Thanks Justin again.
Hunter Wilburn replaced a gas valve to water heater. Very courteous and knowledgeable and nice guy. Thanks again Hunter.
If you ever wonder if being a comfort member is worth it today I can tell you it was a big cost savings. The gas valve was still under warranty. As a family with a child big expense are always concerning and today Conway did what they said they would do.
Thanks again guys. I would recommend both of these gentlemen for any work needed In your home

He was very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I wish he could be the one to come to my house for all of my services through Conway. He revealed to me a service that I paid for last year that was not done!!! I feel that this service should be done free since I paid for it and it was never done.

The service was amazing! I called around 6:30pm and the technician was pulling up a 7:15 to repair my heating unit. Great customer service all around!

Tony was the best - super knowledgeable, efficient, neat and courteous. Although I cannot add an air handler now, due to high cost, he left me with information for later decisions.
The coupon for the annual check up was much appreciated!

We have been using Conway services for many years. Today Nathan came to do our maintenance for our A/C system. He was courteous, respectful of property, and professional. He explained (until we understood) what our system needed. His recommendation and service will help keep our 50 yr plus home running smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Nathan!

I used Conway after going through Lowe’s. Our tech, Tommy, was very nice and helpful. He completed the job quickly and explained what he did very thoroughly while tuning our furnace for the year. Definitely will use them in the future and recommend them.

Terenton, Conway’s Electrical Service Technician is the best; THIS MAN IS A GENIUS! He knows everything about his job. So glad he suggested I get the Pro Service Plan to save me money in the future. He keeps a smile, he’s patient, has a good attitude & a nice personality. I highly recommend him. Thanks again Terenton!!!🙂

Plumber Marcus came out when they said he would, explained every step in the process, repaired the toilet Bowl, and ensured that it was working properly prior to leaving!. Great work!!!

After waiting all day earlier this week for a technician, who was scheduled between 8 - 12 to do our biannual checkup, they never showed up, even after my repeated phone calls. They were rescheduled for today, also between 8 - 12, and I emphasized to the scheduler that I needed for them to be here and through by 12 - still no one has shown up and it’s 1:45. I received a call (after my inquiry) over an hour ago to say the technician was on their way - they still haven’t shown up. Two days of my having to schedule around this, rescheduling other appointments and meetings.
Very disappointed. Poor customer service.
