Very nice service man. The problem was a possible stopped up pipe between the kitchen and laundry room. The price was quite a bit more than I expected. Hopefully it will not overflow in the laundry room again.

This was one of the city inspectors checking out our GENERAC installation. Jerrod from Conway met the inspector. Once we got the certification sticker Jerrod was able to connect everything and crank up the new generator. Jerrod is always very friendly and professional. He is open to answer any and all questions. Have been impressed with Jerrod throughout the entire installation process.

Technician is very professional and knowledgeable of product and service Technician showed me how to operate new thermostat and answered any questions I asked him. The price of thermostat was a little overpriced but everything else was great. Thank you for all your help and a job well done!

Very friendly, personable, and down to earth. The technician explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The only reason I used Conway is because I wanted the job done today and not two weeks from today. Other companies charge $50.00 less than you do to service a generator. You should be more price competitive.

Excellent service from Alex M. Found the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. Explained everything to me very well, and also did a great job selling me on the monthly pro membership. Highly recommend.
Updating my review to note that Brock S. Provided excellent service today. He was incredibly professional, explained things thoroughly, and got everything done quickly. All was covered under my monthly pro plan that I’ve used both seasons since purchasing. Very much worth it.

Technician “swapped scrubber wiring off board to transformer unit”—this is the type service I expect and appreciate: preventative—fixing small things before they become major issues! November 2025
