I thought the technician, Justin Bailey did a great job. The only issue that I had was with the scheduled appointment time. The scheduled time was a window between 12:00 & 4:00 pm. I received a call from Conway @ 2:06pm, saying that the technician would arrive between 3:00 & 4:00 pm. The technician did not arrive until 4:40 pm. That means, that I waited from 12:00 noon until 4:40 pm for the technician. This literally cost me a whole day.

From the time of my request to the completion of the work was only a couple of hours. Terry was excellent. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and checked to make sure everything looked good before he left.

Everyone I worked with--from the man who came Saturday afternoon (a holiday weekend), to the electrician, to the two installers--was wonderful. They were polite and explained everything carefully. They were also very neat. I would definitely use this service again.
HOWEVER, I sent this right after the men had left. Now the new water heater has been connected for at least 3 12 hours and the water is just tepid. They left no instructions for troubleshooting nor did they consult me about the water temperature. I have submitted a request for them to return first thing tomorrow. Waiting to see what happens on that.

Jaylen did a good job on servicing the our unit. He was very informative, and answered any questions we had. I suggest you keep him on staff, he definitely know what he is doing.

3.13.26 Tech Bruce came to do the annual cleaning he was very knowledgeable of the service provided. He gave me a clearer understanding of the importance of the surge protector. 4.7.26 installed the surge protector. His mannerism was nothing short of our 1st meeting. A positive young man for the company 🙏 🙌

Hi I'm a long standing Customer with Conway Services. And as always They get to You and get the job done.Very Professional. I appreciate the other Services Conway offers without pushy Sales tactic Adam came out and took care of the Preventive Maintenance and gave helpful pointers.

Capacitor needed to get replaced. Justin did a great job! I was also pleased by their quick scheduling. I called conway around midnight on a Friday night, and Justin showed up shortly after 8am.
