Prince was great. He cleared out our main issue, which was low to no water pressure, and went on to answer questions and give advice on e couple of other nagging issues. Definitely appreciate having Prince provide our service today.

Awesome. He explained what caused the issue and resolved it without “commercials.” I absolutely love this because I am a shift worker so that means I work at night 12 hours so, unnecessary list of products or services was not imply which means that I don’t have to carve out, I don’t have. I would recommend these guys for all my nurse friends who works night shift with me!!!!

Derrick was awesome. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Replaced some gizmo on the indoor air handler that I didn't even know about. Inside air is not only nice and cool, but will soon be cleaner/healthier. I also appreciated the calls and texts from dispatch, letting me know Derrick's ETA.

Service was good. Expertise and quality work displayed. 4 stars only because of a scheduling change for install by the company at the last minute that cost me time at work. I used one daying waiting for the install and a second for the actual install. Overall so far I am pleased with the Ac..so we will see with the heat this winter. Installers were friendly and courteous and did not make a mess to clean up.

New HVAC, fully paid for. The upstairs system has never worked. I’ve made dozens of calls to ARS over the past two months. 5 technicians have come out, and I’ve had to take 5 full days off from work. One technician said I needed 2 parts, another one said one. THIS BRAND NEW SYSTEM HAS NEVER WORKED. Not even once. I can’t sleep upstairs as it is sometimes as hot as 90 degrees up there. 67 years old, sleeping on the couch all summer. Technician was scheduled for 8:00 to 12:00 this morning. Showed up at 1:30 pm. Said he’d reschedule. It’s 8:00 pm now and no word. After all this time, covered under the warranty still, I feel like having it removed and getting my money back. This is ridiculous. Even the sales person had insisted that it gets fixed and got someone to finally come out. Still nothing.

Technician was prompt and communicated with neighbor as directed, reported replacing aged system is needing replacement but we couldn’t find financing and ARS didn’t offer in-house affordable financing.

The AC quit cooling the house so we called our trusted service provider ARS early evening on a Saturday. ARS made the appointment for the next day, Sunday, and they were patient and kind in our followup call to confirm everything. Derrick was our technician and ARS updated us on his eagerly anticipated arrival, especially given that the heat index was over 100, and our dogs panting, and our old people faint. Derrick was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate his explaining the work he did to restore our AC service. Thank you Derrick and everyone from making the appointment all the way to completing the work and followup communication. We are thankful for Derrick and all ARS, and grateful to be their customer, and we love having air conditioning again - all done in less than 24 hours ! thank you, Leslie S.
