They showed up in time to switch out the old for a new heater, very friendly and best of all informed me of things I never knew, such as your supposse to flush out the Waterheater at least once a year, Had mine since June 2012 and it has never been done, lol. Thank you guys for a job well done!

I had a standard tune up scheduled and was lucky enough to have Demetrius assigned. Demetrius thoroughly checked the heater and took the time to answer all my questions. He was also able to educate me on a filter issue that could have been problematic down the road had he not pointed it out to me. I was very impressed with his customer service
