Excellent service. Great repairman.

Sam H. was there for us within 3 hours on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. That was huge! We had just gotten back from moving my dad & his RV from 4 states away, tired & looking forward to hot showers. We were devastated to learn our toilets & showers were overflowing! Sam pulled the clog immediately & took detailed pictures of why everything was happening so that we could make the decisions we needed to. Sam explained every picture so that we understood exactly why things happened the way that they did. He recommended a fantastic remediation company who came out first thing the very next day. They were great to work with as well.
We’re very grateful to ARS & Sam for taking care of us in our moment of need! 👍🏼👍🏼

Shawn was great really understanding our situation got us out of a bind had to replace whole system glad we were able to get in and done before winter aprechiate it smooth process lots of different options for financing

Quick response and scheduling. My tech, Nate was very friendly. We walked the property discussed my issue. He helped me find the problem which unfortunately was septic but if anything else is going on once thats handled I'll request him back for sure.

ARS sent out an William to install our tankless water heater on Sunday after our standard water heater developed a leak. The service provided was fantastic. I couldn't heave asked for better service.

Exceptional Turnaround and Service from Aaron at ARS Plainfield!
I felt compelled to write this review because of the outstanding experience I recently had with ARS of Plainfield, particularly with their technician, Aaron.
To be completely honest, my family and I have had issues with this company in the past, and we were hesitant to call again. However, it's clear that ARS has done a tremendous amount of work to turn their brand and service around. The commitment to improvement is evident in every interaction, and Aaron is a perfect example of this positive change.
Aaron was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient. He clearly explained the issue, answered all my questions patiently, and performed the repair flawlessly. It was the kind of respectful, top-tier service that you hope for but rarely receive.
I could not be more satisfied with the work provided, and I highly recommend asking for Aaron if you need service. It’s wonderful to see a company not only listen to feedback but truly implement changes for the better.

Had a tankless water heater installed (Navien). Matt B. came out to explain the technology and write up the contract, and spent extra time and answered all our questions. Matt H. was the plumber and installer. Great install and and workmanship. thank you both.

Ethan did an astounding job at assessing and diagnosing the issues with my furnace, as well as giving important feedback and breaking down best next options moving forward. Jon was over the same day (I have stipulations for sales workers) but he dismissed those almost immediately. He is very respectful and knowledgeable on everything HVAC, overall great experience and I will recommend to anyone looking for outstanding service as well as a great deal.

I was in Lowe’s and an employee approached me about an HVAC inspection for $58.00. I’ve lived in my home for 9 years, the system is 12 years old, and I’ve never had a problem, but my last “tune up” was 5 or 6 years ago, so I said “OK”. I was told that there would be two appointments, one to inspect, and one to offer (sales) solutions. I didn’t know that it was a 3rd party, ARS Rescue Rooter. They sent the sales guy first, which didn’t make sense, because I didn’t know yet if I needed anything. The sales guy, Patrick, was very professional and took some info and said he’d wait for the service guy to report. The service guy, Chris, was also very professional and thorough, but didn’t find anything wrong. I feel like I got a great service for a great price.

Hats off to the ARS dream team of Shawn, sales; Jason, supervisor sales; Andrew and Thomas, installers; and their supervisor for excellent service!!! From beginning to end this team of ARS employees were prompt, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the HVAC system that was installed. I rarely write reviews but was so impressed by their dedication to performing at such a high level, I just had to give some type of recognition. I highly recommend using ARS for your HVAC needs!
