I asked tech to adjust pull chain (more slack) on flush assembly. He was unable to adjust it.
This may lead to leaking.

We had a great experience with ARS / Rescue Rooter. We routinely have someone come out 2-3 times a year to run an auger through the pipes because we have large trees around our house and tiny roots pose a problem. Normally we choose to use local small business like ourselves but running an auger around our unpredictable work schedule (after hours) is limited in our small town. The guy my family has used for several years and were loyal to has recently retired so we needed a new auger guy. I made a few calls after work trying too find someone with reasonable pricing and comparable to our usual guy. Most places would not even give me a price just to do exactly what we wanted and what we knew was the only thing we needed! They all wanted to price a "service call only" then give us the real price when they got here! Not happening! Upon calling ARS they gave us a very reasonable and comparable price to do exactly what we wanted and they would come out after hours for no additional charge! Now we're talking! They sent Sam Hesser to us. Sam was very personable, pleasant & professional! He spent awhile running the auger as we wished and cleared some roots from the pipes! They do offer a complimentary camera service so we did schedule for that to be done just because. When Sam left our home we were very happy customers! We will continue to call ARS for our future routine auger services! Thank you again, Sam Hesser! :)

Service technician was on time, very polite and had my furnace up and running in less than 15 minutes. Seem the techs that installed my new thermostat missed connecting a wire and also didn't turn the gas back on. Thankfully, it didn't cost me anything.

The part that went bad was a blower motor in furnace it was under warranty ars did put the furnace in 8 yrs ago the warranty was 10yrs the warranty is terrible I paid 1100 dollars to have a new one put in that is a lot of money for labor for 1hour and half Peterman gave a estimate for 1300 without warrantey I saved 200 with warranty what good is a warranty I will never buy a furnace from your company I googled the pric of labor the most in my opion should of been 500 tops not happy with the company just take advantage of customer warranty means nothing

I had a check up on my furnace to make sure it is ready for the winter. I was shown a place that could be a problem in the future, but that will be an issue to address when something happens. Otherwise, all is good for now. A little peace of mind.

Our Service Technician Austin Steele arrived on time and was very professional. He came to do a tune-up/preventive maintenance on our furnace; he was very efficient and before we knew it, he was finished.

Ethan (ARS HVAC service technician) was courteous, professional and seemed confident in performing the required tasks. He found an issue with the alignment of one of my furnace burners and was able to resolve that quickly; he even got my humidifiers inspected and turned on without me even having to ask. Ethan was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.
