This job required plumbing and electrical panel modifications. The young men showed up when they said they would, were very knowledgeable, well equipped, orderly and when they were done a super clean-up. Mister owner, hang on to these guys -- it's Christmas bonus time --

Clog in main line of house with basement. Water and sewage coming up out of basement floor drain. Called over 20 plumbers and companies recommended to us on NextDoor. Not a one would help on a Saturday afternoon the weekend before Christmas. Either out of business, do not cover our area, don’t do basements, no answer, no voice mail setup, voicemail not returned, can’t take equipment into basement — we heard it all. Kept googling and calling. On the third day Google shows us this company. Called. Scheduled appointment for very next day. Arrived exactly on time. Within 90 minutes (or less) had found clog and broke through it then scrubbed it out of the line. Water/sewage flowing rapidly down. No backup. Jackson was our plumber. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, effective. Pleasant personality. Clean-cut. Articulate. We couldn’t be better satisfied or impressed.

At the beginning of the season, like a lot of people, I saw the Lowe’s HVAC tune up special and since I just bought my home in August, I figured it was a great deal and way for me to get my system checked. The technician was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.
Fast forward to yesterday, I came home and discovered that my heat was blowing cold air. I immediately called ARS and they had someone at the house in an hour! Michael was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional! Thank you so much

My friend ( elderly lady in her 70s ) bought flow tech and is not satisfied with the product . She called to make a appointment., after the tech that came out to talk about alternative products never got back with her. She called again , asked for specific time slot and was told ok 12-4pm yesterday, and they never showed up . They had scheduled the tech to came out at 8 am today a different time and day (she had an appointment At the doctor's)
😡 is that how you run a company by Gaslighting your customers???!

Nobody wants HVAC failure especially on below zero days. ARS resolved my concerns quickly and efficiently. Jonathan gave me options w/o any pressure. The installation crew, sorry I don’t know their names, showed as promised. They were courteous and did a great job keeping the area and pathway clean. They got to work and got it done. Kudos ARS!

It’s never a good time to have to call a plumbing service, especially when it is sewer related. ARS sent out a ‘drain specialist’ named Austin who cleared the line from my house to the sewer by pulling out plant roots. Of course that is not good but it satisfied my immediate problem. They also offered a free inspection of the line with a camera. After a few days I had them come out to check the situation. They showed me 2 spots that needed work. That work involved digging down 4 or 5 feet in both spots, piling up the dirt, repairing the pipes, supporting them with rock, backfilling the holes and grading. Shrubs would have to go and lawn would be damaged, but I had to do it. I will say that the crew led by Mike and including Vaughn and Jake were professional, friendly and experienced. They came back the next day (Christmas Eve) with an even larger crew to finish up and repair an irrigation line they hit. Simply said, they could not have done a better job with the repairs and leaving my property in the best shape possible. They even used 2 sizes of back hoe to minimize damage to the lawn. Now ARS will not be the cheapest alternative you have, but I’m sure that they will get the job done right and you will be happy with the results.
