ARS appraiser was very knowledgeable and offered key advise. Installers were very professional and kept me informed during each stage of the installation. Installers did a great job including cleaning up after the job.

Needed 3 leaking shut offs replaced. All three replaced and 2 extended for better access. Awesome customer service and nice person. Matt was great.

Austin is the Best!!! He came on a Sunday Morning and unclogged our sink in no time. He was friendly and efficient. He left no mess. I will never call anyone else, Austin is extremely fair, honest and reliable!

I was very surprised with the experience. Thought there had to be a trick but the gentleman was very polite and professional and I was charged what they said I would be charged. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Appreciate the communication and response to issue. While not pleased with part that needed replacement well before it should have gone bad, ARS worked with me and did a terrific job in all areas.

Our furnace stopped working on a weekend and in the middle of an intense winter cold snap. After the company we used just two weeks prior said the PART ONLY would be $2000, we opted to get a new system. We frantically made many calls to local HVAC services in Richmond, IN, but sadly, not one of them returned our calls. We stopped at Lowes to see if they offered HVAC services and they explained that they contract with a third party and have successfully for over 20 years. Lowes took our information and ARS called us before we even got back home! We made an appointment for that evening, a Saturday! The agent came and carefully explained our options. We told him what we wanted and he set up the install for the next day! ARS arrived promptly on Sunday morning, and the difficult install required the hot water heater to be removed first. The team worked all day and late into the evening. They returned the next day to finish the install and re-install the hot water heater. We paid exactly what the agent quoted to us on Saturday and not a penny more. I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter for your HVAC needs. I won't waste my time trying to work with local companies from now on.

Drew was absolutely great! Very polite, professional, honest and upfront from start to finish. He made some calls for other concerns I had that he couldn't help with. I haven't had a lot of luck with contractors but he stands out!

Sam Hesser was our service person and he did a great job! Our pluming was not working and he came out at 9:00 PM. He explained everything and was very polite. He made sure that our service was working properly before he left. He also followed up with recommending someone from his company come out and provide us with a fee quote to correct our problem. I will be contacting Sam again if we have any further issues.

Had work done on the sub pump due to water backing up into basement. ARS technician had it corrected in no time, and had recommendations for a better system. Great service.

Highly recommended. Our salesman was great! Helped us find exactly what we needed. The installation crew was awesome and they were able to get us scheduled and our new unit in fast so our home had heat.

I unused ARS through 2 recommendations and from previous repairs of gas line installation for a gas stove and a clogged pipe. 2 employees installed a new updated water heater to our complete satisfaction. From start to finish; professional, problem solving and cleanup was complete satisfaction by us . Thank you ARS !!

Our Service Technician Suilian Mang arrived on time and was very professional. He came to do a tune-up/preventive maintenance on our furnace; he explained everything he was doing and he was very efficient.

The agent took time to review and explain to me that our air conditioning unit was functioning well at this time. He advised it is now ready for use during the upcoming cooling season.
