Came out within 3 hrs of the call on a busy Saturday in sub zero temps and did an AMAZING job....very professional and listened and addressed issues in easy to understand terms and didnt try to sell me on things I didnt need because im a female.
Honestly since ive lived in Indianapolis this has been the one and only service company that hasn't bait and switched, showed on time, didnt price gouge me and did the job, and was in and out and clean.

had the best technician come out subbzero temp to repair our frozen and leaking water spigot. he had to shovel out the exterior door to the cellar the. crawl into the crawl space and repair on a Saturday within 3 hrs of my initial phone call. did a great job I would highly recommend!!!!

The man who fixed our whole house humidifier was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Should we need another repair, we would want this person to service our HVAC equipment.

Steven T. the drain tech was solid from start to finish. Showed up on time, explained exactly what was going on, and didn’t try to upsell or rush the job. He cleared the drain efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure it was flowing properly before leaving. Super professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Needed to get sewer service, called them and they came quickly. Had to do a big job for me and the excavation team did such a great job. They made sure we could still use our amenities. They got the job done quickly and were very nice, thanks alot guys🙌

They showed up at the early end of the window that they were supposed to be there. Called me ahead of time as promised. Came in and fixed my issue very quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable and friendly service technician. For about a third of the price that I expected. Good experience

Abdul and his assistant carefully went thru our twin HVAC systems. A drain needed rerouting and the 6 year old Apriaire steam humidifier needed parts ordered and rebuilt. All was done professionally andI promptly was contacted when parts came in. Abdul came again and finished the work.

Was concerned about an unusual sound from my furnace. I called on Monday morning. Was able to get an appointment on Tuesday afternoon. They called later and was offered an appointment for 5 pm on Monday. I was called just before 5 to let me know that the technician would be there at 5:30. He arrived addressed my issue and it was just that simple.

Prompt and polite. The technician was able to answer most of our questions, and knowledgeable enough to know when to refer us up for a more technical inspection to diagnose the root problem.

Excellent assessment of the existing conditions and provided very clear description of the work that needs to be done. Quick once here on site. Had the problem resolved within a half hour.

I had a water heater failure, called ARS and they showed up between the hours they had designated. Technician wasn’t sure they could fix it because he didn’t have a water heater available. But called and found one at Lowe’s. Took a few hours but had hot water. Technician was informative, took time to let me know what was going on. I
would recommend this technician and hopefully if anything else happens I would want him to fix it. I’m sure he had a long day but was courteous and took his time to get things done properly. Technician was Matthew B.

Abdul is awesome! He is very responsive, knowledgeable and kind. He always goes above and beyond. Please recognize him for his superior service. Melissa in scheduling is always so kind and helpful as well. Tim helped "save the day" for me as well. Thank you to all of your employees who are out in this winter storm helping us! ARS is the best!!
