Heat pump was not communicating or working. Fault code on thermostat.
Tech called ahead to let us know of arrival time and arrived on time
Used booties in the house
Checked everything, ran diagnostics
Found a grounded wire from worn insulation. Repaired wire in heat pump.
Tested unit, functioning properly.
Very knowledgeable, competent and courteous.
Good tech!
Company called this morning and they had it fixed by 1 pm. Have used them for years. Would recommend.

I did not have a service completed for review, but I did have an associate that I'd like to shoutout. My car overheated today on the interstate during rush hour and was generating a lot of smoke. Aaron A. pulled over to make sure I was good and had his fire extinguisher ready in case it was needed. Thankfully, it was not. He also helped me patch up a pinhole leak in my engine coolant reservoir that was spraying onto the engine. Thanks to him, I was able to get home safely, so I could get the reservoir replaced tonight. Aaron wouldn't take anything other than a handshake as a thank you, so please reward him for his kindness and time. Thanks again, Aaron A.!

Work (installed new Thermostat) was completed nicely but very expensive. I have not had such work done for a while but the evaluation of work , $109 was supposed to be subtracted from the work cost, $250, according to the office. When tech arrived he informed me both would have to be paid. It seems to be a very expensive 90 minute job. Just a humble opinion.

My technician was Jason. He was professional and friendly. He explained to me the process and the cost. I was very happy with his service. Will definitely recommend ARS to family and friends.

Our hot water heater went out the night before. We called early the next morning. ARS was at our house by 9:15 am. They discussed our options. We had a new water heater by early afternoon. The two men were wonderful. Very polite, explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. They were very respectful of our property.

My technician was very thorough and did a great job. I give them a 4 because they had plenty of time to have a technician arranged for my appointment. The space to get to my furnace is very tight so only thinner people can fit. They had to reschedule. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service.

Michael was a consummate. Gentleman and not only did he arrive in a timely manner, but he was cheerful and polite and professional the entire time. He was at my home this date.
