Service was exceptional. Technician explained everything clearly & agreed the installers did a poor job at time of installation. Wiring is no longer exposed & I can now remove the filter. Am no longer afraid to use the furnace.

Unbelievable service turned out to be a clogged drain in the basement. Initially thought it was a sewer line issue exterior to the house. ARS Spent the time in evaluating the issue and educating me on options. Bottom line I will never go anywhere else for Plumbing or sewer related issues!

Shawn was outstanding from the moment we met him till he finished our paperwork. He was helpful, thoughtful and got us what we needed. Kadyn and Brian did our installation and couldn’t be happier with what these guys did. Everyone was so respectful and all them answered any question thru out the process. Best service by these three. Could not have asked for better on price or service! Top notch Gentlemen! Thank you

We got a new water heater at Lowe's and had ARS install it through Lowe's. The gentleman that came in and wrote up the order and made a list of what was needed for installation was a very nice clean cut young man. The young man that came and did the installation was very nice also clean cut and nice looking and knowledgeable about the water heater. He got the old one out the new one put in and cleaned up after himself really nice. It was a real pleasure to have these two young men in our home!

I had my air conditioning system and my furnace replaced today by ARS! It's funny because I did not even plan on getting it replaced today but while shopping at Lowe's on friday i was approached by one of their employees who educated me on the partnership they have with lowe's and all of the discounts I could receive so I went ahead and did a quote on sunday(yesterday). IT WAS ALREADY INSTALLED TODAY!! We could not pass up the opportunity as it was half the price of other big name companies! Everyone I came in contact with was so kind and professional and very informative! HUGE SHOUTOUT TO JALEN AND JORDON! They were the installation text that came out to my home today.Very professional! Delayed runners down to keep my carpets cleaned even after I told them i'm getting ready to replace all of my flooring.And that it didn't matter. They cleaned up after themselves and they double checked everything before they left! They also showed me how to work.The new wifi thermostat, which is important to me as I am not very tech savvy! In my profession, I work with homeowners on a daily basis and one thing that is so important is the customer service piece.They definitely delivered today! I will definitely be recommending.

This is a very compassionate helpful company in every way. I would not use any other company for my needs. Our 21 year old furnace broke down and needed replaced. It was changed, up and going in no time. They worked with us and it was at a very fair price. The installer, Addison was very kind and professional through the whole thing. Answered every question we had. Which was a big plus. I am 65 and I stay with and care for my 88 year old mom so I am very glad we found this company.

Unclogged my kitchen sink drain...He was great, fixed my sink, cleaned up and was tolerant of my barking rescue dog.

Quick and friendly, but disappointed that I did not get my call when they were on their way. I was getting ready to exercise with headphones on, but was going to be able to answer my phone, which never rang. I was lucky I heard them banging on the door before I started exercising. No call or text to let me know they were here or coming.

Micheal was awesome. He was on time, friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and apprised me of any concerns. Offered some helpful tips should our winter be very cold as we have a heat pump. He replaced the filter that I provided. I would trust Michael with any needed service. Thank you, Michael.

Listen to my concerns. Very patient and polite. Once the problem was identified, he quickly made the necessary corrections. Done in less than 3 hours to replace a flange. He also left the area as he found it. No mess to clean up.
