Jason was awesome and saved us a ton of money by finding a dead bird in our basement that was causing an ugly odor. Thought the decaying bird was in the vent system, which would have been very costly to cut into to remove the bird.

Scott S. did a great job troubleshooting and solving a drain problem in an old house. He explained everything before and during the job so there were no surprises and left the worksite spotless. Jason was very nice he changed my heating filter and taught me how to determine the correct way the filter should go also he shared the importance of cleaning the cottonwood by hosing it off when you see a boulder up and to check frequently

Tech Lavell is amazing. His customer service was very refreshing. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and how much it would cost. The removal of my defective sump pump was so very fast and clean, not a drop of mess. The installation of the new pump was just as fast. Lavell took the time to explain how the new pump worked. Lavell made me feel that we were being taken care of. Thank you for all your help.

Very detailed what he did and why. Christ did a thorough job checking everything in my furnace and the air conditioner unit too. He explains what he did and the condition with all the components, wiring, cleaning and new filter. Plus telling me about a new item to take away germs, and filter even more with your filter. So happy my freon is full! 🎉 Plus I was notified by text for a terrific Spring price just a few weeks ago. So I jumped immediately for my incredible price! 👍

Our ARS technician, Mr. Manuel A. Salgado-Hernandez and his assistant, serviced our air conditioning system. They provided us first-class service in preparing our air conditioner for the coming heat of the summer, and installing the new water heater and gas control. Mr. Salgado-Hernandez arrived on time, was very efficient in his work, and very polite and helpful. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with his expertise and service to us today!

Thomas Martin & Aaron did the diagnostics & repair flawlessly but offered so much helpful advice and information for future projects and cost reduction practices that I received much more value during the visit than the cost of the annual service. I found their industry knowledge and delivery of information clear, concise, and beneficial. They truly represent excellence in professionalism. I would rank both of them 5 out of 5 stars.
