Our sump pump stopped working. I called ARS and a plumber, Jay, was sent to our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the sump pump very quickly and resolved our issue.

They were able to come on one of most of the coldest days of winter and installed both hvac and ac unit, this was just on one day notice. Job done neatly, system looks great, all very professional

Thank you so much Dean Losurdo for coming out in the cold, and checking out the pipes, shower, etc., things have been working well, and you did a really great job! Just a warning, for those who do not like swearing, or negative language, please request someone else, within the company to come by, and allow them to check the issue. Dean seemed to be knowledgeable, so it worked out for us!

I was contacted thru Angi regarding an estimate to replace my water heater. They did provide a prompt, free estimate via phone and their representative explained the potential invoice and costs for replacing the existing unit. Thank you for your assistance and follow up.

We were having issues with our furnace making noise. We came to find one of our pipes had been cracked and we were exposed to furnace exhaust gasses!
Efrain was quick, friendly and efficient in getting us set up with our next steps in getting our furnace replaced.

ARS is fabulous. Our heater went out and they fit us in same day, and the technician they sent was capable and kind. He was honest about what was wrong and upfront about the cost. He fixed it quickly and we were toasty warm again!

ARS plumber Lenny Caria was pleasant, professional and conversational, not only fixing our garbage disposal and water heater issues, but recommending an upgrade, while acknowledging it was an improvement, not a requirement. We have had bad experiences with a couple of better known (i.e., heavily advertised) plumbing firms since moving to the Chicago area in late 2024. Lenny and ARS will be our plumbing company because of Lenny's visit.

ARS has been great in many ways from the signing up process through the communications with the main office. The finance people relentless in resolving issues. The technicians that came out. I’m so impressed with their being on time setting up the equipment. ARS resolving all issues that came up being relentless. Making sure things are working 100% the cleanup was really good. Couldn’t tell the difference when they left that recent work had been done other than the new equipment. I can’t thank ARS enough for helping me with resolving my situations. In choosing a modern new sleek efficient system. Also the people that are so outstanding like Patrizia, Jesse, & William, etc.. These professionals are such a blessing to be working in tandem for ARS with my total HVAC combo purchase.

Alvin was courteous and pleasant to talk to… he was real! His mannerisms were more professional than I’ve seen in awhile… he’s a keeper!!
Loved how he explained things in detail… though I didn’t purchase anything Alvin gave me a couple estimates for the future… which I truly appreciated…

My AC maintenance was performed quickly and efficiently. I received an email that the tech was on the way. When the tech arrived, he called me. This is a plus because if I had not checked my phone, I would not have known he was on the way. A phone call from the technician when they are on the way with an estimated time of arrival would be more informative. By the way, the technician was efficient, professional and very friendly.
