Alfonso was prompt, neat, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which were many. I think this was the first time Alfonso was our technician and would request he be the one to come for future work.

I was very pleased with the technicians that came out. Unfortunately due to unforseen events we needed multiple techs for multiple days. However, each time they came out, they were always very courteous and professional. Just want to send a special thank you to Alexis, Anthony and Drew. Keep up the good work.

Technician Anthony Mercer came today and was very thorough and friendly and listened to my questions and checked everything thoroughly.
I have a maintenance plan, and it’s been well worth it.
ARS also has good warranty programs.
Definitely a five star company!

September 2025 - ARS came out for routine furnace check. I never have any problems with ARS and am never disappointed in ARS service. Their prices are affordable and the technicians are very professional. I recommend ARS for all your AC/heating needs. I would also like the same technician that came out in September 2025.

Pre-Winter tune up for large and small furnaces. Efficient, thorough diagnostic with clear explanation of needed Maintenance. We recommend the annual maintenance plan.

ARS technician Thomas was fantastic—super friendly, patient, and really knew what he was doing. He even checked the drain pan and evaporator coil to make sure everything was working right. I felt very confident with his work, and the system is now quieter and running so much better. Great attitude and just an all-around good guy—highly recommend!

A very kind young man, Jovon that took my furnace apart and make sure things were good with that,. He let me know what the things I’ll need to do in the future to keep things running without any problems. I appreciate his kindness and his knowledge.
