The Technician Josh was excellent; he called prior to arrival; arriving early in the designated time (8-12), he inspected the water heater system, drained the tank, recovered his floor cover and equipment and completed the job within 30-40 minutes. He was courteous and represented ARS well. I opened up one of our assigned parking spaces to ease the trouble of searching for one which contributed to reduction of time on site. Thank you ARS and Josh for giving me back a portion of my day to accomplish other task.
