Schedule with ARS/Rescue Rooter Manassas

After researching and reading reviews I picked ARS at Manassas, VA, because the Company is reputable, reliable, professional, and highly rated. They are diligent in their work, clean up after work, take great care and pay attention to details. There was a mistake in the installation of Humidifier's Thermostat, which kept the Humidifier running continuously. I coordinated the issue with Ms. Courtney Blaydes, Quality Assurance Manager and Mr. Thomas Roberts, Comfort Specialist. They scheduled a Technician within 24 hours, and the Thermostat was re-installed the way it supposed to be and at ZERO COST TO ME. The staff working for the Company are very professional, courteous, and responsive individuals. They understand the Customer needs, friendly and very knowledgeable in their area. I am VERY HAPPY with the ARS customer relationship, courtesy and professionalism exhibited. I admire the Company that’s stands for quality work, reliability, customer care and standing behind the work done. It is all a matter of trust, and you can trust this Company. I would highly recommend this Company. This company exceeds the 5 stars rating!
