Mr. Salah Breskone did a fantastic job installing our new hot water heater. He worked non-stop to complete the job and hauled away our old unit & other residue. I strongly recommend him for any job involving plumbing or installation of hot water heaters, gas or electric. Thank you Mr. Breskone!

Very pleased with technician Ghulam Saber who completed a service call to repair a small leak in the hose/PVC piping coming from the base of our humidifier following the installation of a new a/c system in Sept. The leak was not detected until I turned the humidifier on the first week in Dec. Ghulam was thorough and very professional. He quickly isolated the leak and made the repair.
The service call and repair were waived since the problem was tied to the Sept a/c installation when the humidifier had to be removed. Thanks ARS!!

The technician is very experienced and kind. He not only provided the maintenance check but also tell me the basic knowledge about how to check the system and the life span of the system! Good job done!

ARS technicians (Prince and Patrick) arrived on time and worked methodically to correctly diagnose the problem. They were professional and friendly. They completed the main sewar line cleaning in about and hour. There were zero surprises and the quoted price was the price I paid. Would recommend.

Amjad at ARS came and quickly diagnosed the problem and helped us find a solution. Great experience. Very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain. When we also needed a new unit, Michael helped walk us through the options and get exactly what we needed. Extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and easygoing, friendly approach. Made the whole process so much better than expected. It’s a testament to ARS that they have such great people on their team.

My thermostat started going wacky, turning on the A/C without calling for it. This happened several times over a month on a completely new heating system. The person taking the call got me a quick appointment for what was obviously a warranty issue. The technician (Kenny) came out, changed out the thermostat and that took care of it!

My thermostat had gone rogue. Toni came even though earlier repairs put him 4 hours behind (surprise snow day) so he had to work really late. He was able to recalibrate and reconnect my Nest thermostat and extra sensors instead of replacing it. He thoroughly checked the system to confirm it was functioning properly. Cost of labor was included in the $119 service call fee.

I had my old HVAC replaced when it started going out. ARS gave me the best price on its replacement and did the job right away. Then when I was concerned about the new system function, they sent a technician out to check it and further explain the best practices to its use in colder weather. 👍

Honestly because of the reviews on Google I was scared to give this place a try. There was some issues with the call center not being clear on the cost of someone just coming to my house and taking a look, that was frustrating and very worrisome. This company was able to come out the quickest and I had water backing up in my bathroom so the quickest is what we needed and decided to see what happens. While the call center was inconsistent, the techs Nabeel and I'm sorry I did not catch the others name we're both friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease with upfront pricing and explaining what was going on. Thankfully within an hour of starting the work they fixed the issue and got everything back together. I am very relieved that I am able to use my bathroom and leave a good review.

Thomas Hudgens and his partner showed up to fix my one bathroom house with a drain issue on little notice. I did not have all the info they needed but they were professional, asked questions and were able to determine how to access my drain lines. They had to dig to get to it in the cold late night, but did so quickly, found the problem and cleared the line. They were communicative, professional and friendly. Most importantly to me, they ensured we had bathroom use before leaving. There is more that we need to do to fix the problem, but they have educated me and assured that they will follow up to assess the damage. I am elated with the service these gentlemen provided and would highly recommend them.

Ryland is really nice, kind, and experienced. He almost instantly fixed our problem with his magic hands. Even for just a trip, others will charge a fee. He did it for free. This is the second time that ARS helped us out without a fee. We really appreciate.

The service rep was very professional, and courteous. He preformed maintenance on my furnace quickly, and explained the results . I have used ARS for over 20 years, and their service has always been good.

Quoted an unreasonable high price for services suggested. Decided to get additional quotes...average $500 cheaper shopping elsewhere...very disappointed.
