Tommy Burrill is the only plumber who knew how to maintain our whole house water treatment system. Everyone else acted like our system was unheard of and couldn’t be maintained. Tommy knew my system and who to contact when an issue came up while working on it. All those other companies were either ignorant or just trying to sell me their systems. I highly recommend Tommy and ARS.

The technicians came to perform HVAC system tune up (Heating and AC), were able to identify the overheating burned controller inside of the outdoor condenser unit, was told the coil not able to clean ( if agree proceed to clean will charge $771), suggesting entire HVAC replacement. *This burned controller replacement charged $470, later confirmed the AC cooling run again. Not sure the $charge is reasonable, but fixed the issue. Great service and excellent communication.

We chose the right installer. We talked with several companies to install the condensing Rinnai Tankless water heater with a recirculating pump. Requiring a more complex installation.
Kenny provided the most innovative way of installing the tankless water heater. He cleaned up the previous disorganized installation. As a professional, a person who takes pride in his work, Kenny ensured that his work met his and ours extremely high standards. He took his time to ensure we were satisfied with the work. He even built the basic layout of the tankless hot water on the pipes before he arrived.
His support, Ledion, provided professional work. They worked as a team. Cleaning up after the complex installation. They went above and beyond the minimum work that would have completed the job. They ensured that the outside pipes looked good, by covering the siding. They also made sure that the whole house filter would not move. Not an easy task, when the filter is connected to an on-demand pressure pump.
They cleaned up a previous mess. No other contractor suggested how Kenny installed the tankless hot water heater. In fact, another plumber refused to install a whole house filter.
ARS costs were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Considering the results, it was the best choice! The cost also was reduced by a 5% Lowes credit card deduction, opposed to another company who wanted to charge me an additional 3% to use a credit card.
I have written many reviews, 1 star to 5 stars. I do my best to provide honest reviews to benefit others. The work performed by Kenny and Ledion is a clear 5 stars review. Since we have lived in the house for over 30 years, we never had such a great shower.
If you want a Tankless hot water installed, consider yourself fortunate, if you can have Kenny provide you with a plan, and to install your tankless hot water heater. We are!

Coming back to update our rating / review. Frustrating we had to have service techs come out three separate times to fix our heating issue after having the brand new HVAC installed only three months ago, but the issue (from what I gather) has been resolved nonetheless.

Tray was wonderful! He communicated effortlessly with husband who happens to be Deaf. He was thorough and for the first time in a long time I didn’t feel taken advantage of OR being faced with upselling. Tray was honest and informative. Thank you Tray!!!

Suleyman G was professional and knowledgeable and thorough! He is one of the best technicians in our long experience with ARS. Keen on sharing info about our particular system. He also explained what he was doing and why. The dispatchers and schedulers were polite and professional. ARS has gotten more tech efficient in their logistics and customer service - kudos!!
