Came same day I called found the issue and fixed in timely manner Jordan and Matthew were both kind and courteous. Will call again if I have any other issues.

The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I just moved, and they taught me how to use the thermostat, listened to my concerns abt the noise the unit was making, and the routine maintenance they did solved that problem. So glad I called ARS.

Derek came in and did a thorough inspection. He took photos, explained the issues with the system, and gave me the cost to repair. He suggested that since the cost was high and the unit is 28 years old, we should consider investing that money into a new unit that would have a warranty. He even set up the consultation for a unit replacement the same day, so I could look at all of my options instead of just jumping to repair the aging system.

Katrina showed up and knew what she was doing. Before stepping foot in the building, let alone the condo, she knew the issue, she knew the appliance set up, she answers to questions that I should have known as homeowner, and she got our clog fixed in our AC unit drain. I will only be calling ARS moving forward and specifically asking for Katrina to be dispatched. What an absolute professional. ARS is lucky to have her.

If everyone in your business is as good as Jed Delk you guys have a tremendous company. Friendly, patient, takes time to fully explain things, a real class act.

A very polite gentleman came out to my home. He couldn’t fix the problem, but he did not charge me so I think they are a wonderful company with good employees.

Katina is a very good worker she came in and trouble shot everything and found the problem. Ordered the part and installed it the next morning. She now’s what she doing. I’d give her a 10.

ARS just installed a new HVAC at my home. I was extremely impressed with how professional every one I dealt with was. They explained everything throughly & answered any questions I had. I was also impressed that they came & installed the unit the next morning after I signed the paperwork . They came early & were done in just a few hours. I highly recommend them.

Deshawn was respectful and polite. Although he gave me news I really didn't want to hear. He would say the same to his own granny. ARS responded to an 8:45 am call with no air and the serviceman was here by 9. Unfortunately he couldn't give me a price for a new unit. Now I await their sales person. As I had a 2pm appointment.

Harka was efficient, competent, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He was not only punctual, he arrived earlier than I expected, which helped me on a day I had to get ready for work. I look forward to his return visit.

Jed came to our home and did a diagnostic quote and it was a fair price because we have some galvanized pipe that need replacing. I would definitely recommend to call them first’

My tech did an excellent job on my a/c tune up. He also took time to explain the overall condition of my unit. He made recommendations for protecting my unit but there was never any sales pressure. Very pleased.
