William Skinner did a great job of explaining to me not only what the issues were with my toilets but why these issues happened and how to prevent them after repairs were made. He went above and beyond the normal in answering all my questions as I was concerned about the possibility of leaks while out of town and issues with winter plumbing . I appreciate his efforts !

William came out to our home yesterday and installed two brand new toilets. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing to complete the installation. He, along with the customer service staff were extremely professional, and very easy to communicate with. I recommend ARS, and I would definitely recommend William to do whatever work that you need done.

I have had several problems with associates not showing up, rescheduling and not following up. Today my service was great! Marcos was here early. He shared with me the problems that he found and installed my thermostat that never was installed earlier. He was courteous and understanding of my concerns. He may have actually saved my contract with the company!! My score is only for today and not the overall service with this company.

When a temperamental kitchen sink began to back up, we called ARS and Jed Delk came out. He listened carefully as we described the issue and our plumbing repair history. He realized that snaking the drain probably wouldn’t cut it and climbed into the crawlspace to identify the issue and suggest a solution. Then, he was back out the next day right when he said he’d be and got to work. Happy to report that we now have a free-flowing drain, which will make Christmas cleanup SO much easier! Highly recommend and if you can get Jed it will be a good day!

Bishnu and Calos did a fantastic job of installing my heating and Air conditioning system.
They were very fast at getting it installed, and their work was done very neat. They are both a true asset to this company.

Our local Lowes was running a HVAC tune-special. My wife and I signed up for it. We were contacted and told that ARS/Rescue rooter would be the company performing the service. They we're great communicating about setting a date and time for them to come out. As well as, in the days leading up to the service reminding us about our appointment. The day of service the tech showed up on time. His name was jayce johnson. He was absolutely awesome. He performed the service. When done he told us about the few things we had going on. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and just all around great to work with. We got the few things he found fixed and he was fast in getting them repaired. It was nice to get a great tech. He explained some programs we didn't know about but will be looking into further. All in all we are very pleased with every aspect of this experience. Because of jayce johnson we will most likely be back hoping he is our tech again.

Alexey Smirnov is very knowledgeable taking the time to explain everything to you. He will be sure you understand & are 100% satisfied with the work that’s been done before he leaves. He is very personable & takes great pride in his work & the way customers are treated. A trait that is missing way too often. Give him a raise! 🙂

We had our routine check up for our units and I can say the technician Marco was a pleasure to have, he was very knowledgeable and explained what was checked and what was recommended for the units clearly and we would love to have him back for our future maintenance of the units

EDIT: I don't know who to blame. ARS or the company that made this crappy AC Unit! This thing has given me nothing but issues since I've had it and it hasn't even been a full year yet. Like is this what i have to look forward to in the next 10 or so years?
Ellis came to my home same day I called about my AC unit not working. He was quick and went over everything that was wrong and gave his honest opinion on what I should do. He didn't try to sell me on paying just so he can get paid. I appreciated that more than anything. That's what keeps a customer loyal.
