We had our routine check up for our units and I can say the technician Marco was a pleasure to have, he was very knowledgeable and explained what was checked and what was recommended for the units clearly and we would love to have him back for our future maintenance of the units

From sales to installation, ARS was a professional and consultative! Every person was polite and quite courteous. From wearing booties in my house to making sure my lawn was not damaged during installation, these guys hit it out of the park! I know I have another HVAC unit that will eventually need to be replaced and ARS/Rescue Rooter will be back out to take care of me. Thank you!

Frankie and Keith were the repairmen that came to get our toilet in working order.
We had worried we had a leak somewhere.They were able to tell us by utilizing a camera
that they brought with them that they did not see any problems (Yay!) They were both super
guys- - punctual, polite, personable, and knowledgeable.You can be proud to have these guys
as employees! Frankie went the extra mile for us and was just so kind. We’ll never call any other
company when we need plumbing work done. Thank you!

We decided to buy a new central air and heating unit. We searched the internet for local services and received a call from ARS. They sent a very nice representative named Michael who came out the next day (today).He checked our current system and our ducts. Then he went over the different unit packages they offer and we found the one to fit our needs. There was no pressure, just the information offered and the choice we made. We feel we made a good choice. They will be in stalling our new unit tomorrow. Thanks Michael for all your help.

Jayce came by and did an inspection on my air conditioning and heating system. To me its a complex two story system but Jayce is very knowledgeable and took the time, on a Sunday, to explain to me how the system works, how to use it efficiently and what not to do. He's a great asset to ARS!

Mike was very helpful and friendly. We purchased a new AC and Heater unit that replaces a 20 year old central unit. Had a reem system for over 35 years and didn't want to change the brand.

Frankie was super professional and his knowledge to work through my branch-line issue really put me at ease. He was able to complete everything well-within the estimated time and for a great price. Was able to replace our 10 yr old unit the very next day. ARS definitely went above and beyond for our family. Thank you Ryant for helping us get an amazing rate and payments plan. Thank you also for dealing with a very doubtful person with grace and understanding. Thank you Ethan for installing our unit, and in the rain at that. He did a great job! Thank you Ellis for diagnosing the problem with our old thermostat and replacing it same day. You all really helped my family.

Wasn't to happy with the tech he acted like I was stupid cause I had my thermostat set at 73 and it was 77 in the house today it was 54 degrees and my thermostat was set at 70 he took off my thermostat and rolled up black sticking stuff and put it in a hole where my thermostat is hooked up so no iam not satisfied at all

Matthew Kilburn is a superior young professional. He was responsive to the situation, had the equipment we needed readily available, was efficient and effective in his installation, and made sure that all things worked properly before he would sign off on the work.
I will continue to ask for Matthew when the need arises fro a plumber.
