We had an unexpected plumbing issue pop up today. We made a phone call to ARS and fortunately they were able to get us on the schedule same day. Jordan Hughes arrived not long after we made the call and took care of our issue with confidence and ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. We will always request Jordan.

Bryce was wonderful when he came out.He really worked with me. Hoping when he comes out again, it will be him.I do not like to deal with a lot of new people.He was great so i'm hoping that they'll send him out again in a week to finish the work. He was really good about going over everything explaining everything and telling me what I needed and what needed to be done.

Mike was great in helping us get the best deal possible for a new AC unit. Our ac went out on Saturday morning, a tech came to diagnose it the same day. Mike came Sunday to talk through options for a new unit, and had a crew out here this morning (Monday) to install it all. Currently sitting in a much cooler house now. The install crew (Zakk, Kevin, and Kameka) were personable, helpful, and efficient. Thanks!

Our experience was top notch. From our salesman Mike, who was respectful of boundaries, and listened instead of badgering me, to the techs that installed our new unit (Zack, Kevin, and Kameka) our experience with ARS was great. Quick work and beautiful work. I’m a retired HVAC tech myself, so I know good work when I see it. Thank you ARS of Nashville for getting us cool again.

I have been with ARS Nashville for years. They do a phenomenal job everytime. I recently had the technician Bryce. He went above and beyond. He took time to answer all my questions and educate me on my HVAC system. On top of that, he provided EXCEPTIONAL service with a smile, friendly and personalable demeanor. You can't go wrong with ARS. And you will find yourself in a really happy place if you get the privilege of working with Bryce!
