Not only did Derek show up on time, he was earlier than the expected time. Not only did he fix the issue, he was courteous, efficient and polite. I would recommend him and hopefully he'll be sent back to us if we need him in the future.

Derek did my service tune up and he was awesome ! He showed up exactly when scheduled, was efficient with his time, and explained all the tune up suggested in a language I could understand. On a scale of 1-10, Jed Delk and Keith Welchsnce deserve a 12. They are pleasant, diligent, hard working and care about their customers and the service they provide. Later Wendell and Matthew showed up to assist. I can’t say enough good things about the care they took to explain everything and to take care of my property. Thanks to everyone!
