Very please with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable , polite and very neat ! He had to go to the crawl space and i was worried about him bringing dirt into the house. But that did not happen! He weared shoe covers without the need of me to ask him. I was impressed! Highly recommend Abraham.

I came back Friday night after Thanksgiving and found my water heater not working. I called ARS late Friday night and got an appointment for the next day. The technician came and fixed the problem, outstanding service.

Travis from ARS was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, great attitude, patient and very efficient. ARS showed great communication as they kept in contact via text and they got the job done in under an hour. The price is marked as great due to their $97 promotion currently going on.

Brandon is AMAZING! He is so polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took his time with my elderly parents to explain to them the various option available to them regarding a new water heater. He even squeezed them in for next day installation. ARS Rescue Rooter is a great company.

We are very impressed with our ARS experience. Alejandro was friendly and very helpful in explaining all the details of our inspection. Alejandro was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We determined that it was best to be proactive with our hot water heater replacement as the unit was displaying signs of failure. Alejandro provided 3 separate replacement solutions and detailed replacement costs. My wife and I agreed that the tankless water heater was our best option moving forward. Alejandro scheduled our replacement appointment and we cannot thank him enough for everything! We are very thankful.

I had a great experience with plumber ALI from ARS who installed my new water heater in the garage. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and walked me through everything with patience and clarity. The installation was clean, professional, and done with real attention to detail. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work. I’m very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend ARS and their team (especially Ali) to anyone needing plumbing services.
