Needed a new water heater. ARS came right out and got us an estimate that was right in line with what we were looking for. Installed the next day. Installation was quick and everyone we dealt with with was courteous and professional

I had service on my new system. Daniel was the service advisor who came to my house. I have had several techs here lately and most of them couldn't get out fast enough leaving me with many questions that I had to call back to get. Daniel was awesome! He didn't rush me with explanations and didn't leave until I understood what he did. Thank you Daniel!

Brandon was very professional. He replaced my water heater with no issues. When it was finished, he explained everything to in detail. Thank you for all you do. Now we have hot water again.

I'm very pleased with every aspect of the service that ARS provided me. They kept me appraised of when to expect the technician, Dale. He was prompt, friendly and informative as he went about his work inspecting my furnace and air conditioner. I would certainly use ARS again.

Daniel the technician who came out this early cold morning was very professional and courteous. He took photos of my unit and said everything seemed to be working fine, and showed what he recommended. He wasn’t pushy trying to upsell products.

From initial appointment set up, I received text communications and arrival calls from home office, very much appreciated. I had tech Drew start my repair and completed work by Brandon. All very friendly and besides wait time for part to come ARS team did a great job. Thank you! Great to have hot water again!

Called Home Depot for a water heater and scheduled and appointment. Brandon was able to get our water heater replace and everything was done well. Will use ARS again if we ever have other plumbing needs. Thanks!

I had my appointment with ARS in Raleigh, North Carolina today. I was very pleased with the visit
today . My appointment was scheduled between
12-4. I received a call from ARS Dispatch about
10:48 am advising Technician Joseph Clarke
Was on his way and would be arriving around
11:30 - 11:45 am. Joseph arrived at 11:33am.
Joseph was very Professional and advised me of
the condition of my Unit and that it checked out
good. The only thing was that My Black Light
Bulb in The Air Scrubber was not working.
The cost to replace the bulb 💡 would be
$750. Joseph went out clean my unit outside better than I’ve seen any of the technicians to. And put it back together. Once he was done cleaning that and went out to do the paperwork and came back in with the $750 quote for the air scrubber lightbulb. I just told him to send it to my email and I’ll show it to my son-in-law. The only problem with replacing that lightbulb through ARS is the cost is way too high.
I looked up air scrubber, lightbulbs, and they run anywhere from $25-$250.
So I don’t understand where ARS wants to charge me $750.
Other than that, my appointment was great. Joseph was a very nice young man a very professional. And thank you for making sure my unit was working properly Joseph Clark.
We carry their elite maintenance program, which is a monthly payment program so the cost for the appointment and Service was not anything. Their maintenance plan is great.

Samuel SEMERE did some repairs to my HVAC system and he was so knowledgeable and truly helpful for me on deciding how to make necessary repairs for my heating /AC system. He gave me meaningful information bout my heating system in other future repairs when needed. I truly recommend him to come back again for any further repairs I need. Thank you very much SAMUEL!

ARS sent a plumbing technician dedicated to providing quality service and knowledgeable of his craft. Brian Berrios is not about a lot of fluff. He identified the problem with my tankless water heater immediately and make the necessary repair. It means a great deal to get timely service focused only on quality work and customer satisfaction. Great Job Brian!!!

My initial appointment was on 9-11, an opening came available on Sunday, the technician was professional, he got the job done in a timely manner even though it rain a little. This appt was made on Feb. 10, 2026, Matthew Clarke my technician was very polite, courteous and helpful in giving me information that would save me $ , he did his job with great professionalism, I enjoyed our conversation. Keep up the wonderful customer service Matthew 👍☺️

I had my heating maintenance performed. The service tech was thorough, took excellent pics and video of problems and explained everything in layman's terms. Extremely professional and very customer oriented. Recently, Nash, from ARS, performed my AC maintenance. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the AC. I contact ARS for all my heating and cooling concerns. They provide great service and great products. ARS replaced a part that was wearing out, as detected in a maintenance check. Nash was prompt, professional, understood my concerns and replaced the part efficiently. Nash is a good representative for ARS. He cares about the customers he serves. William performed my heating maintenance efficiently and professionally. He is an excellent representative for ARS. I just got a new water heater installed by ARS. Dallas, the technician, was professional, thorough, and efficient. I highly recommend ARS. I woke up without air conditioning this morning! ARS came out, diagnosed the problem and had everything running in an hour. The technician was professional, quick, thorough and friendly.
Again, top notch service from ARS.
Our HOA's roofing contractor advised us to ensure all HVAC lines in the attic were installed to code. The ARS tech arrived on time, checked everything, took pictures of the area and sent them to me. He advised that everything was correct. He also checked my outside a/c unit. Needless to say, another top notch, efficient and professional visit from ARS. I had my air conditioning unit replaced and couldn't be happier. Sergio, John and Tyler worked professionally and made sure I understood every step of the installation and inspection process. Thank you for another visit that ensures I will have a cool summer!

Thank you for another maintenance visit. The technician was professional, friendly, and timely for the scheduled visit. He replaced the air scrubber bulb, also. I am glad I have ARS checking my system to ensure everything works well.
