Sewer line replacement. Price competitive, which is important to me. Flexible. Good technique. Chose them because lately I have been need needing some corporate accountability to help back my jobs. Ben and Jerry, really, were the superstars for me.

Our hot water heater died and Josue was out first thing the next morning, evaluated the situation, and gave me options within 30 minutes. Brandon and Christian had the new hot water heater installed incredibly quick. All three were incredibly nice and professional. I will definitely call them again if anything else happens. Highly recommended.

ARS/Rescue Rooter was easy to do business with from calling to get a quote to replace a hot water heater, the timely ness of someone coming to see what was needed, and a quote. Once I decided to have them to replace my hot water heater, they were here the next day and install the new one. The two plumbers Brandon and Henry, the installers, were polite, very knowledgeable, and efficient. I will use this company again if the need would arrive.

Technician Cody Weyant is a stellar individual. He went above and beyond expectations. Cody explained everything in simple and easy to understand terms. He showed us what the problem was and offered us the best solution. We took his advice based upon his experience. I will personally ask for his services next time ARS is needed. I would highly recommend Cody for greater responsibility and leadership. My wife and I are both happy customers

The inspector Brian Thompson was great. He took pic and explained everything in simple terms that were clear and understandable. I used ARS in the past and am happy they continue to do good work and hire great people... I will definitely use them in the future.

The technician was efficient and delivered excellent service. However, there is a billing discrepancy that needs to be addressed. A ticket has been submitted to the administrative office for review and resolution.

The technician Jerry did a great job removing the old sewage pipe and installing the new one.
However, I'm not happy with how the lawn looks after.
Dallas & Sayyid came back out and did a good job leveling off the yard and re-seeding the lawn. After the rain, I discovered the ground sinking over the pipe! (See photo 4)

Stellar service as always! Cody was very professional and courteous. He was respectful of my home and was through in his inspection and maintenance. So glad we found ARS and bought our new unit with the maintenance plan!

My HVAC was blowing warm air. Cody came by today and fixed it. Evidently there was an air bubble in the P-trap. He was very nice and professional.
