Travis from ARS was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, great attitude, patient and very efficient. ARS showed great communication as they kept in contact via text and they got the job done in under an hour. The price is marked as great due to their $97 promotion currently going on.

Brandon is AMAZING! He is so polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took his time with my elderly parents to explain to them the various option available to them regarding a new water heater. He even squeezed them in for next day installation. ARS Rescue Rooter is a great company.

We are very impressed with our ARS experience. Alejandro was friendly and very helpful in explaining all the details of our inspection. Alejandro was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We determined that it was best to be proactive with our hot water heater replacement as the unit was displaying signs of failure. Alejandro provided 3 separate replacement solutions and detailed replacement costs. My wife and I agreed that the tankless water heater was our best option moving forward. Alejandro scheduled our replacement appointment and we cannot thank him enough for everything! We are very thankful.

I had a great experience with plumber ALI from ARS who installed my new water heater in the garage. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and walked me through everything with patience and clarity. The installation was clean, professional, and done with real attention to detail. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work. I’m very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend ARS and their team (especially Ali) to anyone needing plumbing services.

Technician Prince was helpful and Professional. unfortunately they could not clean out my vent pipe on the roof but I was aware of that before my appointment. Prince came in and checked everything out to make sure I was ok and provided some good knowledge.

Brandon was fantastic! He was timely, knowledgable, and super friendly. He informed me about the process before, during, and after. Let me know all the safety aspects I needed to know and who to call if I ever have an issue as there is warranty. Would recommend ARS Rescue Rooter again for sure! Also much more affordable than other local places that tried to price gouge and lie saying these guys had no licenses to get me to do business with them before ARS plus even quote me! (Natural gas water heater install for direct vent and replacing all the valves, regulator, and pipes to water heater from gas line.) Honest people!

Brian performed excellent annual maintenance on our tankless water heater. He found and cleaned filtration biofilm that had gone uncleaned for years which gave renewed vigor to our tankless unit. Brian was very courteous and professional. I'd be happy to have him work on my tankless water heater again.

Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly.
My only problem is, once I have a Maintenance Appointment scheduled, I continue to get calls to remind me to make the appointment. Then I have multiple appointments that I need to call to cancel.
Must be an appointment software glitch.
Otherwise I have been very happy with their services.
04/11/2024 Had our Spring HVAC Tune-up. The technician Kira was friendly, professional and fully explained all work. She was a pleasure to deal with!
06/03/2025: Spring checkup. The HVAC Technician, Mr Sydney Smoot, was polite, respectful and thorough. He explained everything he did in an easy to understand manner.
He was able to resolve a problem with running fan,something the last 2 visits were unable to do.
No reflection on Mr Smoot, there are erroneous entries on our account pertaining to out extended contract. I believe Mr Smoot was able to resolve this.
The part to repair our fan problem was not immediately available. I am awaiting a call as to when this next, expedited appointment, will occur.
Update 07/26/2025: Today our HVAC Technician was Samuel. He was professional, friendly and efficient. After replacing the "relay" he found that, contrary to previous repairs, it was NOT the blower fan motor nor it's relay, but the circuit board.
Now we await the replacement board, which, hopefully after months of attempted repairs, will solve the problem of the constantly blowing fan. The energy (electricity) used to power the constantly running unit is a concern, as well as the wear and tear on a motor that is ALWAYS ON!
Update: 11/14/2025 - Autumn check performed today. Had to replace one of 2 surge protectors. Although we have a Service Plan & an Extended Warranty it still was over $700.
The service technician was very polite, professional and friendly. He worked efficiently and explained all work performed.
