The service provider was very friendly and very efficient in taking care of my AC unit. He took all precautions needed to provide care of the unit.Everything was explained to me in detail of any possible changes that may be needed and the cleaning of the unit. The technician that came out was very informative and respectful and he explained to me in a simple way for me to help me with the system HVAC and my options , and making sure why things we happening and showed me as well where the problem lay. So it was a good experience to see someone really wanting you to understand fully what needs to be fixed. Thank you very much.

I went to Lowe's for a couple of 4 x4's and spoke with a woman about a ductless a/c unit and to my amazement. We found two year interest free for applying for a Lowe's credit card. Today we have a ductless a/c unit install on our enclosed porch.

My technician Travis was awesome! He gets an A+ . I had an overflow in my downstairs bathroom, water everywhere, Travis explained everything in detail and got to work right away! Problem fixed and now I can continue to wash clothes and the dishes 😊
