The Technician that came to my house was very experienced and knowledgable about my problem. He was very professional and personable about advising me of the problem. I ended up purchasing a annual Service Contract with 2 Planned Maintenance visits per year. This is something I have been looking for, but waiting till I fould the right company to take care of my A/C System.

Hope Davidson was very informative and professional as she inspected and serviced our two zone HVAC systems today. She gave a few recommendations for our systems and a quote, but there was no pressure to purchase anything extra.

Long story short, after that, I changed too a service call, which was over $500 dollars. They came the next morning early. I was mad as hell but after Hope, the service Tec.. explained about a service plan for $413 at $20 dollars a month for 49.00 tec vista, i took the plan. But why is it always someway too get more more out of customers. Ony God knows. So I will let Him handle that in His owe time! But give Hope a Bonus for her experience.

The service technician (Tian?) was very courteous and friendly. He showed me exactly what he checked on the furnace unit, both inside and outside the house. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend RSAndrews.

My heat went out around 9 p m. I called R.S.Andrews and was able to speak to a human that is paid to be on call, not an AI robot. She was able to set me up for an appointment early the next morning. Dylan came out and was so professional and checked everything that I needed checked and replaced a breaker that had burnt out. He fixed a couple of wires.He adjusted the output et cetera.I was so impressed and i'm so happy to have my heat running at the proper temperature. I am feeling confident about my heating system and with R.S. Andrew's expertise.

I had an excellent experience with Timmy when he came to repair our HVAC system. He was incredibly professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He had our system back up and running within an hour, which was a huge relief. He even wore shoe covers—nothing dramatic, just a simple, considerate gesture that showed he respected our home.
What really stood out was how thoroughly Timmy explained everything. When I asked questions, he didn’t just answer them—he took the time to teach me about how our system actually works. We thought we were overworking the system, but he clarified why it’s safer and more efficient to leave it on “Auto.” He also went over the importance of our filters, how often to replace them, and showed me how to properly clean the coils on the outside unit. On top of that, he even demonstrated how to safely shut down the entire system from the breaker box in case we ever need to.
Timmy’s combination of expertise, patience, and genuine customer care is rare. He made the whole process easy, informative, and stress-free. I highly recommend him for any HVAC repairs!

Emmanuel came out 13 Dec 25. He was very informative. He listen to me. He went under the house saw what the problem was with the duck work. He explained everything to me that needs to be done. He wore boot covers when he came in the house. This is why I am with RS Andrews is employees like Emmanuel. The work will be done in a week or so. Great job Emmanuel. I give him a 5+

Today, RS Andrews sent Mr. Donovan Davis to perform a repair on my upstairs York HVAC system. Like his predecessors Mr. Shane Meeks and Mr. Jermaine Smith, Mr. Donovan Davis provided world-class customer service, showcased technical excellence, expertly diagnosed the problem, and initiated the resolution. He also took the time to provide a detailed explanation and answered all of my questions. That is exactly what I expected … superior performance! Thank you for sending Mr. Davis, and I hope you send him back when the part comes in! Mr. Davis represents you well, and I’m glad I have the maintenance plan!

Today 12/12, Thought we had thermostat problem, but Emanuel found it was inadequate return air causing a lack of air flow which was causing heat to build up and the system to keep recycling.
The fix is in the works.
