The technician seemed knowledgeable and thorough. My only concern was the price to resolve an issue was given to me at a supposed discount that was more of a discount than I would have received with my monthly maintenance membership discount. That is concerning.

Buddy was an excellent technician, competent, friendly, and helpful. The did a nice job installing the infrared lights and air scrubber. I would recommend his service to anyone needing HVAC service.

The technician, Tim, came out right on time and did amazing job. He was very respectful and friendly. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about the issue and took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend Tim and this company for any repairs!

9Feb2026. Jonathan Shumate did an outstanding! The system is only 5 months old. He quickly diagnosed the heating issue, cleaned out the flame sensor and boom. Works great. Thank you.

Jun 26, 2025. I have been a long term customer. the Technician, Nick, did an amazing job diagnosing our Nest thermostat. We still don’t know why the thermostat did not cool the house last weekend when we were away for a few days. Temp was set at 72 and when we returned home, house was 88 degrees…. We’ll continue to monitor it with the Nest app. Thanks. Ernie DAntonio.
