I had an issue with my Nest not receiving power from my HVAC system, and I contacted RS Andrews of Tidewater because of their high Google ratings and their seven days of the week service. They did not disappoint.
I contacted them on a Friday evening and my appointment was set for the next morning. They called to let me know they were on the way in about an hour, and my technician arrived about 40 minutes later. He was very professional and was an effective communicator the entire time. He explained everything in detail and showed pictures of each area of the problems with my system. I never felt like they were disrespectful with pricing, even though I'm aware of how these issues can add up beyond what I can afford.
I was so impressed, I joined their elite maintenance plan. I couldn't resist after experiencing so many horrible technicians in the past and weighing the benefits of what they offered. The technician took care of the issues in about an hour and even assisted me with setting up a much needed plumbing inspection through their scheduling service. Contacting RS Andrews was a great decision, and I highly recommend them if you're having HVAC, electrical, or plumbing concerns.

Technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Answered and explained every question I had. It was as if he was servicing his own home. Dylan Prokop did a very thorough inspection on my system and it is greatly appreciated. Professionalism at its finest.

Took advantage of their tuneup special offered in Valupack coupons. Very pleased with the techician, Nick, who took his time to check my indoor unit in my attic and the outside a/c unit. Fast, efficient service!

Once again RS Andrews of Tidewater (RSAT) exceeded our expectations. RSAT’s tech, Hope, was not only friendly & professional but was as thorough as we’ve ever seen from the previous service calls to our home in the last 30+ years. RS Andrew’s has never disappointed us, even when equipment failures has, RSAT’s customer service has been second to none. As a testament of this superb service, our whole subdivision street seems to see nothing but RSAT trucks at any given time. Well done RSAT.

RS Andrews did a great job in installing the new heating and cooling system in my rental house. The gave a great price on the unit I chose and installed it the next day in rainy weather. My tenant was very excited to have heating in the house once again after the old unit stopped working over the weekend.

The sales representative (Michael), was professional yet easy going. He listened carefully to what i wanted in a hvac system. We had frank discussion about what he could offer at each price point, and the guarantees R.S. Andrews brought to the table.
There was much talk about which thermostat to use, I was very concerned, but in the end all concerns were laid to rest.
The lead installer was patient and took time to explain key points of install I had despite his time strapped task of getting job done. At this point, my only concern is I haven't got the serial numbers off the equipment to complete registration with manufacturer.
The hvac that last the longest is the one that was installed and maintained with the most care. Hopefully this one will bare the test of time... 20+ years. Lol

The reasons primary child support star is because I seem to be a little rush I do need a whole new unit they seem to be fair but it hasn't been installed yet so I can't give you five stars into the project is finished on Monday of the day other than that so far so good

We had an AC problem that another company suggested and diagnosed needing a new AC, and we had RS Andrews come out and actually found the correct problem. They quoted the price and did a fantastic job with the work. All the technicians from the sales technician to the inststall team were top notch and were hard working, polite, and knowledgeable. Thank you, RS Andrews. It's a little pricy, but I can not complain one bit about the work. They need to eat too. Great service today, you guys are great 👍
